The worst place ever!!! Woke up in the morning to find roaches in the room. Also, there was a gap between the air conditioner and the wall. I could see outside through the gap. Never again!!!

The first room they gave me was not made up. The second I accepted the heater had a defective heat control. Either on at full blast or off. Walls were motel 6 thin. Guess how well I slept. Breakfast was missing anything edible. I expect this place will be demolished soon.

No stars are in order for this hotel. Our family reunion was going on the weekend that we booked several rooms at this hotel and some family members encountered a large amount of bedbugs and had to go to the hospital! On top of that the rooms smelled like old smoke, and the bottom level room had a wet floor that never dried. Pretty disgusting hotel. The breakfast tasted terrible, with the exception of the waffles. We all checked out and had to move to separate hotels. This was very inconvenient for all the family members because we were all trying to stay together and close to the venue where the reunion activities were happening. We will never stay at another best western again!

Would not return… they have a a club downstairs and we couldn’t find parking because it was so crowded for all the club folks. We had to park down the street. I think they should have some reserved spots for the overnight guests!!! The room was clean and the breakfast was good. But the beds were so uncomfortable and the music so loud that we had to change rooms! Crazy… But the location is close to the main highway.

My family and I stayed here for six nights during a trip to attend a wedding. The staff are friendly, and our room was clean. The hotel itself is pretty basic but solid — the included breakfast has more variety than what we’ve had at Holiday Inn Express, it features waffles, bagels, toast, hard-boiled eggs, a selection of fresh fruit, cereal, and yogurt. There’s not a lot to see in the immediate vicinity, for that you have to drive a ways. Good, modestly-priced place to stay if you need easy access to Baltimore and its western suburbs.

We checked in late on a Tuesday night. Since we booked for 6 nights, the hotel staff give us a room on the second floor facing the courtyard/pool. We loved it! It was very quiet! To get to the second floor, however, there was no elevator. It wasn’t a problem for us, though, because we had very little luggage. After a precautionary check of the room for bedbugs(YouTube will show you how to do this) and mice, we settled in. I had to wipe down a little stain on the inside edge of the toilet seat and clean the handset and push buttons of the phone(which was a bit sticky… some people’s kids…). Otherwise, our room was quite clean. Breakfast: my son loved the waffle maker! During weekends, the staff do take into account of the increased breakfast traffic, so they plugged in two waffle makers. My son didn’t like the boiled eggs; he said it tasted funny. My husband and I didn’t find anything wrong with them. Other breakfast items that were available included: bread, bagels, cereals, instant oatmeal, jams, jellies, honey, apples, oranges, bananas, yogurt, milk, Danish pastries, coffee and tea. Amenities: The pool has a lifeguard available. We didn’t get a chance to check the fitness room or the data centre, so we can’t give these a fair review. WiFi was okay; there was noticeable lag especially during weekends. Parking is free. We took the advice of the reviewers on TripAdvisor and parked in front of the hotel instead of at the back. Overall, this was a pretty good Best Western.

I can’t complain about this place since it was pretty decent. It was pouring rain and we were just glad we got here. It is located off the Beltway which was easy access. Security Square Mall was across from the motel so we ate the food court. Not really the most ideal spot since it looked a little dumpy. We then headed to the nearby grocery store and got some stuff for the road. No WiFi but BW gives you a network cable to plug in. Room smelled a little funny but no smoke which was better than some other motels in the past. Very noisy being near the Beltway. We didn’t know there was a fitness center until the next day after going to the lobby. The fitness center had some old equipment that sorta worked. It was basically a regular room converted into a fitness room with the beds and furniture removed. The bathroom was locked which was odd– probably to keep the cleaning down. Breakfast was nice and had both hot and cold meals. Keep this in mind since many hotels located on Inner Harbor charges for parking.
