Masa Sub and Grill

I love picking up sandwiches from here. It’s great to have mediterranean options and I love getting the falafel sandwich. mmmmmmm. The bread is soooo nice that I would probably eat here more often if there were more vegan options.

Ordered delivery from here because we have had many people tell us the food was great and reasonably priced. My wife ordered the chicken Parmesan which was absolutely delicious and also enough to feed two. Chicken was fresh and super moist. I ordered the souflaki and OMG it was phenomenal. Very high quality ingredients and the flavor was to die for. Not sure what kind of sauce was given but I poured it on the top and it only enhanced the meal even more. This was also enough to feed two. Both meals come with a side salad and bread as well. We also ordered the homemade breaded mushrooms as an appetizer and were probably the best fried mushrooms I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend this place and we look forward to trying many more menu items in the future.

Masa is awesome! I’ve never had bad food from this place. So far, we’ve tried the Mexican wrap, chicken caesar wrap, chicken gyro, rich boy, and mozzarella sticks. All have been good. The chicken gyro is my favorite and consistently outstanding. The storefront and interior aren’t much to look at, but don’t let that fool you. Some of the best food in Windham!

I used to absolutely love this place… unfortunately, after getting 3 pizzas in a row delivered that looked like they’d been danced upon, my love has dissipated. Even after 3 bad experiences in a row, I decided to give them another chance (shame on me). My final order was not only incorrect, it tasted horrible. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, (in a kind way as I don’t believe in being rude), the man who answered the call was accusing me of wording my order incorrectly, therefore blaming me for the mistakes. He just plain didn’t care how unhappy I was. It made me sad because I truly did love this place :(

Based on the service we received today I would only rate Masa a 3. We ate in and there were no other customers in the restaurant. It took us over a half hour to be served our appetizer and salads. If seems as though their delivery service is their priority during lunch. That being said, the food was pretty good (although the meat sauce was too sweet for my taste), and I believe they may have been short staffed today. They should bottle the house dressing for sure!

The food here is great. The outdated dining room/​take out counter along with the huge menu could be a bit off putting at first but you can really tell that everything is fresh and made from scratch.
The portions are HUGE! You can easily split anything here. The quesadillas are are dinner for a whole family. My daughter loves the homemade chicken fingers. My favorite item is the gyros. Pita bread is perfections.
The best part of this place is the friendly family that must own this place that are always the sweetest.
Oh, and they deliver!

Wonderful sandwiches and their Greek food is delicious. And they are super friendly. And — this is rare in the area — they will deliver!

Yum! Yum! Chicken kabob melts in your mouth. Chicken wrap was de-​lish! Dolmades were extremely fresh and tasty! Everything we ordered was a thumbs up! The people there were super nice and friendly. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing Dolmades!!! The hummus is okay. The Spanakopita was alright. The pita wasn’t good. The people were friendly.

Great Mediterranean restaurant. Had the gryo and pizza and both were excellent. The fries and cole slaw were equally as good. Can’t wait to try the other items on the menu.

Was hoping for something really good and got something that was just Okay.
The menu seems endless. A ton of options from Italian to Greek.
I ordered the gyro. If your a Mediterranean place you need to make a good gyro and this place fell short.
I will try it again however and see if maybe they do other things better…

A total, awesome gem of a diner. Sure, they have burgers, but this hidden treasure, (at least hidden to me before we discovered it) specializes in wonderful homestyle Greek and Mediterranean food.
We happened upon it during a bitterly cold day after snowmobiling. The owner, doubling as server that day, could not have fussed over us any more than she did. Attentive, smiling, kind and welcoming.
The five of us had about a third of their huge menu which offers everything from burgers & fried chicken, to Greek salads and stromboli. Some of the best fries I’ve had (seriously). The gyro was stuffed full of wonderful juicy lamb meat with a homemade pita, warm, fluffy and buttery. We also had their chicken over rice meal, which there is a word for but I forget that.
They also offer all the favorites: gourmet pizza, burgers, subs. A bit of everything but unlike many places who attempt to be all things to all palates, this little diner actually pulls it off. Food is all they do and what they know.
One of those places worth a try even if you’re not that hungry!
