I bought a snowboard jacket from here recently. I had the jacket for a matter of days before I realized it had a hole in a pocket and a smell of mildew. I went back to the store to exchange it for another one but they didn’t have my size in anything similar or in anything close to the already heavily marked up price range. The employee told me he could not give me my money back and could only offer me a fraction of the price to refund as they admittedly sold me defective merchandise. I took what I could get from the rigid employee and am now stuck with a stinky defective jacket. AVOID PURCHASING FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS!!! THINK AHEAD AND BE PREPARED SO YOU ARENT SCALPED BY PEOPLE LIKE THIS!

Rented mountain bikes for an afternoon. The store manager Chris was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with trail and bike recommendations. Would highly recommend.
