V Nail Spa

I honestly wanted to like this place as I saw good reviews and its closer to my house than my usual spot. But the lady who did my nails was incredibly odd. When she did my pedicure, she cut a toe nail way too short that it hurt my toe and when I left the salon, I noticed it had a scar. I was also told that I get to choose the type of pedicure like in terms of lotion, she just handed on over the lavender… not that it makes it difference, but when it states I get to choose and I don’t. then it does.
Also, I usually get gel but I want a break fro gel. the lady was pushing me to get gel or the dip nail polish and after I kept insisting no, she got a little annoyed from what I could tell. Then she wanted me to pay prior to nail polish application, which is fine, but I am assuming she didn’t like my tip. but honestly, I left a very well amount. She then applied nail polish quickly and was rather upset when I asked her where I can dry my nails.
Overall, I am not going to come back and I will stick to my extra 15 minute drive to Millenia area when for the same price, I get treated well.

I initially wrote a bad review for this salon — the nail technician did not understand what type of manicure I wanted so I had a really bad experience. After posting the review, I got a call from the manager who apologized for the miscommunication and wanted to make it right. I wasn’t able to make it back to get the right type of manicure but they issued me a gift card so I can go back when I return to Florida. I was very impressed that the manager monitors the reviews and really cares about making their customers happy.

I love V Nails! I am very picky about how my nails are done and I love working with the staff here. I have found only a few nail artists around town that can do traditional pink and white acrylic to my expectations. V Nails does the best! I also like that the manager is actively involved to make sure customers are happy with their experience. They also have a nice rewards program that is an extra benefit for returning customers! Clean facilities and friendly staff makes it enjoyable!

This is a true Customer-​focused salon. I see Carol and she is consistently wonderful. I was a loyal customer at the establishment across the street until they made some ridiculous changes. Now I am happier than ever at V nail spa.

V Nails is excellent. The staff is so nice, and V is there to make sure customers are happy. THe ambience is very tasteful and décor is stylish from check in through the bathrooms. Your nails will look perfect when you leave. Definitely give this place a try!

Horrible. Toe nail chipped from my pedicure and I stopped in to get it fixed, and the technician wanted to argue with me about the color I had painted them! I owned the color myself and had just ran out so was pleased to see it on my first visit there. I am very familiar with the color. She wanted to paint the nail some orange pinkish, and continued to disagree with me on what color I had painted them. I got up and walked out and now will have to go and buy the damn polish because I want my day old pedicure fixed… Dumb.

I’ve been coming here regularly 1 year, very clean and sanitized tools. Friendly service. Great shellac manicures that last 3 – 4 weeks on my natural nails. Basic pedicure includes lots of extras other spas charge for.

I always love the service I receive. There are so many options for your nails and you are sure to be satisfied with the product.
