In-N-Out Burger

Always a pleasure to find an In N Out Burger when I travel from Indianapolis to far away places. Because I have to go far to get to one of these little burger joints that do the traditional so much better than their competition.
Ask for «Animal Style», 2by2, toast the bun and cut it in half. They have a secret menu which is very cool to find and explore for options.
Great shakes. You can get your shake mixed flavors if you want.
Between this and 5-​Guys, no one does burgers better for under $ 5.

I love this place!!! Although it is packed we always get our food quick. The staff is very friendly and very attentive with all customers needs.
We will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone that has never tried these great burgers.

Excellent food! The only hiccup is that all In-​N-​Out Burger restaurants are always full with limited seating. This place has outdoor seating which helps. Animal style burger anf fries is a must have!

The burgers are like comfort food. I order off the menu, even though they have some off menu items.
Missing a star for wait time.
It is worth the wait but sometimes it is just frustrating.

Being from Corpus I’m probably jaded from growing up on Whataburger but I don’t get the In-​N-​Out hype. The burger was decent but the fries Animal Style we almost inedible. They tasted like they were piled with burnt onions and thousand island dressing.
The menu doesn’t offer much variety either. Overall the experience was okay but Whataburger is still bae.

We decided to spend Christmas in San Antonio! I love this city! Our first time visiting.
I swear, I have the worst timing… Exiting the highway I almost lost my S#it…My Fiancé almost had a heart attack – what? I’m on Christmas Vacation? Let’s eat… right? How did I miss the «In-​And-​Out» Burger spot!!! We were in town for 4Days.
Anywho, we were heading to the airport… but of course we had to stop. The Drive through was a «No GO» wayyyy to many cars. The inside was flooded with a bunch of New Young Thunder Cats aka «Teenagers».
The menu was limited with the delightful options of Cheese Burgers, fries, and milkshakes! Keep it simple! I love it… I swear If I lived in San Antonio, Wendy’s would be my Enemie! How could you not love this place.
Burgers are between $ 2.50-$ 3…whatttttt! A college kids dream. The service was fast! Cashiers-​young and friendly. This place is well staffed. Tons of people working behind the counter, in the midst of customers waiting, our food was ready in 5mins at least. Not bad.
My Fiancé and I enjoyed a simple Chesse Burger… would you believe the buns are toasted! And there’s a secret sauce! Omg I love this place!!! I wish there was a location in NC.

Welcome to San Antonio In-​N-​Out. One can never ever have enough options when it comes to delicious burgers made from fresh never frozen beef.
Though this place is always crowded and the drive through line a mile long they are very efficient and moving the line through fast so the wait is never as long of a wait as you think it it will be.
I am a fan of the double double protein style. A very good and filling deal.

Always very crowded, but the employees are always very helpful and friendly and get your order in a timely manner.
I like to order their burgers «protein style» which means lettuce instead of bread which is a healthier alternative. And animal style fries is another secret menu item that makes them unique.

Four solid stars for whole ingredients without preservative or additive!
There is s reason East Coasters speak in hushed, reverent tones when mentioning in-​n-​out burger. There just isn’t anything comparable for us. Simply put, this place rocks for three reasons: burgers, fries, & shakes!
1– chargrilled quality ground beef on a toasted bun (with or without onions) served with cheese, lettuce and tomato. No sauces, no unnatural ingredients. Perfect in its simplicity
2– You just have to love a place that makes its own fries from whole potatoes right in front of your eyes! You can see the whole fire assembly in front of your eyes where the potato goes from solid to julienne to the frying basket and out onto your plate. Yum
3-​Neapolitan shakes – chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry all in the same cup.
Who could ask for more??? Simple, natural preparation of fresh, quality ingredients.
