Burger King

Staffs were being extremely rude!!! We were being told that our order should be ready about 5 – 10 minutes. We thought that was acceptable then we found a table and sat down and waited. 20 minutes later, we were still waiting. Then I went to the counter and told them that I wanted to-​go instead because I thought it took way too much time. Then, the cashier, a lady who was helping started mumbling:“I told her it’s going to take 5 – 10 minutes, I don’t understand.” Seriously? Excuse you? I’m still standing in front of you, what was that attitude? All I said was I wanted to-​go. BTW It was already 20 minutes later and none of our items was ready. Let’s just talk about timing experience with a FAST FOOD restaurant, we ordered our food at 8:02 and walked out the door at 8:40. Completely ruined my day.

Love the hash brown and bacon croissant sandwich, this Is a clean place and I come here often! The staff is very nice and they have a Television to keep your lunch or dinner entertaining!

Went to the drive thru and sat for awhile and no one answered. Service was slow and the place was not that clean. Will not be visiting this bk again.

Breakfast items are great, I love their croissan’wich with sausage. Their value menu has a lot to offer and the coffee is good.
The service is a bit dicey, either pleasant or flippant.

Based on the other reviews I almost did not stop here however I decided to give it a chance the new crispy fries are very good although they did mess up my special order food was hot and well prepared customer service was nice drive Thru fast

I’ll make this one quick.
I like Burger King when it is done right. But for some reason, the majority of the BK’s I visit fail at having a good team to deliver a consistently good product.
I pulled up to this location, it was not busy.
Ordered my sandwich with NO TOMATOES,
but for some reason, the ticket stated NO Tomatoes but I was given 5 slices.
The fries were cold, not room temp cold, but COLD with a slight touch of WAY too much salt.
My soda which was supposed to be Dr. Pepper tasted like tainted water.
Drove to the nearest convenient store and the products went in the garbage.
Never going back to that dump location again. Should have stopped at Whataburger.
