Customer service very poor, bought a pair of shoes here just yesterday and the label on the tongue was ripped off, called the store and asked to speak to a manager and I asked him if he could find me another pair of shoes that didn’t have that problem, I did check one shoe to try to see if it would fit, and maybe that’s on me: but he said he would call around and get back to me in «20 minutes» well here it is the next day 1:16 pm and and never got a call from poor management. Also, may I add, the girl who got my shoes I think knew about this problem because she was speaking to the manager about something and showing my shoe to the manager while I was casually browsing. Luckily, I have a father in law who knows how to sew. Very minor problem but if I’m paying money for shoes, I want to make sure their perfect for when I buy them. If I didn’t need them as of today for a training session, I would’ve came back to the store and returned them and never gave this place a nickel or dime of money. Not to mention, the associate«helping» me out made me feel very uncomfortable, I think her name was Montana? She kept asking me where I got the stuff I was wearing; and then saying she was too poor to shop at those places, it really struck a nerve with me because I don’t care to hear it and most customers don’t. You have a job, you’re breathing and you’re making money, keep the negative energy to yourself. People have enough problems in the world then to hear a employee complaining about what they don’t have. Only giving 2 stars because even though the whole line of employees sucked, my shoes are great minus the minor problem. Just make sure you check their quality! As I mentioned; wouldn’t of cared if I had just got a call back, customer service is not their forte. Should’ve just stayed at Finish Line and paid the extra price, at least I got great customer service even though I didn’t purchase a shoe from them. Sometimes cheaper isn’t always better. ;)
