I ordered a bouquet over the phone that I saw on their website. Ordering was easy and the bouquet delivered on time. My problem is that the bouquet didn’t really look like the daisy/​rose combo from the online picture. I did ask them if the bouquet would look like the one online and they said, yes. I was told they didn’t have exact vase but had something similar the problem was that there were about half the roses pictured. It was filled with daisies and a few roses here and there tucked in. When I flew in and saw them at the party I had to pull the roses out so they could stand out a little and it wouldn’t seem like I had paid $ 35 for a bouquet of daisies. I paid a total of $ 52 for flowers and delivery. Which seem like a bit of a rip off. Maybe my experience would have been different had I walked in versus ordering over the phone but I wouldn’t use them again.

Clearly the best flower shop in the area. They always knows what to do. Very creative always on time with deliveries and pick ups.

I ordered an arrangement of mixed potted plants with white roses added, for the wake of a friend’s mother. Saw it tonight at the funeral home. Pondview Florist did a beautiful job. My friend loves the potted arrangement and plans to take it home with her after the funeral tomorrow.

The owner actually offered to come in on her day off to make an arrangement for me and then she delivered it to my home!

Who would have guessed that a person could have so much fun picking up a birthday arrangement??? After walking into the shop, I was greeted and made to feel very welcome. I knew how much I wanted to spend, and the young lady began piecing together a very special arrangement (as a a matter of fact I was nervous that she misunderstood the dollar amount we discussed; the arrangement looked to be a very exspensive one). Come to find out that I have just been spending huge amounts of money on flowers elsewhere for no reason! The bouquet cost no more than my budget and it was so thoughtfully put together.
I will most definitely be bringing all of my business back to Pondview and the friendly, talented staff there!

We get our weekly office floral arrangements from Pondview and have for years. Diane is amazing! It seemed like everyone who comes to the front desk has something to say about her gorgeous pieces! Each one is so tasteful and beautifully thought out, with little details that really make them stand out. The flowers are always so fresh and last well beyond the week. When you send someone flowers, you never really know what they’re going to get (it’s not like they’d call you to say they were dead or ugly lol) — go with someone whose work you can trust. They did a mother’s day arrangement for my mom that was above and beyond. I see their consistent work week after week and I would recommend Pondview to anyone.

Diane and her team are so professional and friendly and creative I would highly recommend everyone and anyone to come here and get a taste of the beautiful and efficient and high quality work they do. My wedding flowers were done here and were absolutely stunning and I couldn’t have asked for anything better than what they put together for me for my big day.
