I love juice it up but every time i always come to this specific location, they’re always slow. And on top of that, they are always on their cell phone. They think we’re dumb and don’t see it. They keep it on the back pocket sticking out perfectly visible or they have it on the counter right next to them. 2 of the girls that work there were rude to this family that was ordering right after me. The girls were laughing at her plus rolling their eyes when she wasn’t looking. But there is a lady that works there and she is the sweetest and gives excellent customer service.

I live nearby and wish this place was better. It’s the closest juice place but they never have juice. I have been in this location about 6 – 7 times and 3 of the times their juicer was not up. Twice it was broken and today it was being sanitized. The store was still open but they began cleaning the juicer early. I told the manager or owner counting the cash that I have been in three times and the juicer has not been up. Instead of apologizing or caring about the feedback she made excuses. The starbucks next door sometimes runs out of items too but they always offer a replacement item or free drink coupon. This place doesn’t seem to care. Wish they did.

Of course the Smoothies are good they are loaded with sugar. I would prefer a smoothie made from ALL natural ingredients and not frozen fruit and fruit juice.

I got suckered into purchasing a book of coupons as part of a school fundraiser and that has me drinking smoothies lately. This review is for any of the Juice It Ups in the Murrieta/Temecula area, since they all have relatively the same feel and service. It is usually just me and the bored as hell high school kid who is most likely counting down the minutes til they can leave and who probably isn’t putting in my free«boost». So far I have tried the Passion Punch and the Lava Flow, which was today’s choice. I enjoyed both, but as I am not accustomed to feeling obligated to chewing my beverages I think I will ask for no coconut if ordering the Lava Flow again. I haven’t been brave wnough to try the Acai or protien smooties yet. I am honestly a little frightened of the protein ones, I mean what does 34 – 37 grams of protein taste like? I have only eaten one thing that could come(no pun intended) close to having that much protein and I do not consider that substance a food. I was very excited to see that they also carry Wetzel’s pretzels(well atleast the one over in Village Walk does, not sure about the one off Winchester). Usually I have to make a special trip to the mall when a craving hits, and this usually ends up costing me much more than a few bucks for my pretzel and dipping sauce(new shoes anyone?). All in all not a bad place, not nearly as wonderful as Blender’s, my all time fav, but considering they are located in Santa Barbara that would be a very expensive smoothie. I have a few coupons I won’t be using so if you are lucky enough to run into me on one of my trips out, let me know and I wil elt you take my «Free Wheatgrass Shot» coupon. :)

Nothing special, really. The combinations of smoothies offered doesn’t interest me much and it takes me a bit to decide when I do visit here. Service is slow. Not just when there’s a line of people before me but when I’m the only person. And yes, even after slow service and mediocre product I’ve returned, merely due to the convenience factor(when I’m not up for driving all the way by The Promenade to visit Jamba Juice). They offer additional food such as Wetzel Prezels, but to me this defeats the purpose of hitting a juice bar. Nothing great, doesn’t suck completely, but doesn’t make me feel all warm and fuzzy either. Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri: 8AM-8PM Sat-Sun: 9AM-8PM
