So I like this place it has a good selection of both new and old comics. The place is a little small, this is not really a problem unless sever people are in the store at a time. A young boy helped me out and was very nice and seemed to know a lot about comics. The prices are about what you would expect around this area. I believe they said you can get some kind of discount if you subscribe to a book each month.
So yeah the place rocks, it is small but homey with nice staff. The only thing i thought was weird and it may seem nit-​picky but their slogan bothers me. «we have issues and now you do too» or something like that. I am not sure why but that bothered me to no end, anyway would recommend!

Really great local comic shop. Very well organized and a nice collection of old and new issues. Same owner since the 1980s who is friendly and very knowledgeable. You could spend a lot of time in this place.

One of the best comic books stores I’ve been in. My wife is now into reading comics, and even though I have been out of it for about 15 years, I love to go with her and just browse and chat. Back in the late 80’s and early 90’s I went to a LOT of different comic book stores across the Carolinas, southern Virginia, Georgia, and Tennessee. Some were extremely well organized but very sterile. Some felt like home, but you could never find anything! Four Color Fantasies is in that very intersection of a well organized, and very friendly, home!
Also, be sure to pick up a couple of handfuls of Jelly Belly’s from the quarter operated candy jar!
