Burger King

Yay for me! This was was supposed to be New Years dinner… yes sad (very sad) I know but we were all sick and wanted a sandwich and BK was open… and of course I am a glutton for punishment. This s**t was supposed to be a tendercrisp sandwich… This is out of the package and it’s already eaten!!! Minus 10 stars

Visit there once a week or two, as my son likes burgers. Their burgers are OK. Chicken fries are always over fried. I think they could be more crispy.

This Burger King is understaffed and the service sucks I have called Chicago numerous times on this franchisee and have yet to recive a phone call from the owner I always get the «Oh the owner /​franchisee will contact you within 24 hours «which is a load of crap do yourself a favor stay far far far away from this place rude ass employees a manager who is clueless and useless and a franchisee /​owner who could care less about what Corp involvement you bring down on them total disregard for customer service Id rather go to Andrea’s pizza up the street pay a lil more but get (HOT FOOD with great customer service and a smile) FYI you could learn a lot from them Burgerking one pissed off FORMER customer who wont give you a dime of my money if you were the last place to eat on earth

This Burger King is the worst ever! They can NEVER get any order right. EVER! I’ve been here a handful of times and it never fails! When I get home and realize something is wrong I get so pissed that I’m not hungry anymore. These people don’t even deserve minimum wage. Its not rocket science!

No lie I was stuck in the drive through for well over 35 mins!!! I lost track after that… I’ve gone to sit down restaurants and had my drinks, appetizer, and meal served, in less time than it took for the two MORONS they had working there a couple nights ago. I would have driven away like the other 3 cars in front of me and two behind, but they already took my card and wouldn’t come back to the window until they had my order. I asked for a few dipping sauces and got 1, and the fries and onion rings were dumped into the bag upside down. They put orange cheese on one of the chicken sandwiches that looked like it still had paper stuck to it, and the orders of mozzarella sticks had NO MOZZARELLA in them, just the the coating?!!
The kid at the window apologized for the wait and explained that «they were cooking each order as they received it» REALLY??? They had NOTHING prepared! Not for nothing but the car that actually got their food ahead of me was at the window for 5 mins, and there were at least 4 cars behind me, and they were still making each order one by one!!!
Colossal waste of time for Sh! tty food and even Sh! ttier service!

To preface, I realize this is Burger King. I also realize they are supposed to be «fast food.» that in mind, I provide the following critique.
The only thing good about this place is it’s the only fast food burger joint in Winchester.
Aside from that, THIS PLACE IS SO DAMN SLOW. Seriously, what’s the point of having a drive thru AT A «FAST» FOOD place if it takes just as long to drive another 100 yards to Stop and Shop, buy some hamburger, go home and cook it yourself???

I find this BK very erratic. Sometimes it’s fine (as fast food goes) and other times terrible. Tonight I went to the drive-​thru with two children. We had to wait at least 5 minutes at the window for the food although there was no other car in front of us. I asked for the kiddie meals in bags, instead of the needless crown boxes — we were given the boxes. The teenage checkout person was rude. Then we got home to find the drinks were missing from the order.

It’s a Burger King. What could I possibly ever say about it? Well, I had a few good memories eating here and well, that’s just about all I can say. Their food was fine, the people have always been nice to me, and it was nice to come here after a long day of Winchester High classes.

The other day I was walkin’ by, and saw they have opened up the drive thru!
The locals put up a HUGE stink about the drive thru when Burger King first showed up here in Winchester.
But, like the smart cholesterol conglomerate they are, Burger King installed a drive thru when they created the place, but kept it closed until a few years later when the locals forgot it was even there.
Drive thru is open, folks!
It’s a Burger King. Clean. Standard BK stuff. Nothing special.
