The worst steakhouse I’ve probably been to. We didn’t get our appetizers and they forgot our salads and sides for our meals. On top of that they messed up our order. The manager came to apologize and gave us a complementary appetizer, then when we got the bill he had charged us for the sides we never received. We mentioned it to him and he told us he would charge us for the appetizer and take the sides off. He then was very rude to us and made it seem like we wanted our meal for free. I will NEVER go back to this place. Giving them a one star is very generous.

Absolutely horrible! Bad service, food is disgusting! They use leftover steaks from days before for sandwiches! Took over an hour for our food to come out, no apologies. Had to practically beg for a refill and the manager walked by several times and never asked a question! Never going back!

This place is great. The staff works exceptionally well together and they are extremely professional. The manager is great and he walks around to every individual customer to see how they feel about the service and the food. The food is good but I enjoy the service the most. When I remember the manager’s name I will give an update. 10 stars for service.

This place is horrendous! We go to give it another try and epic fail again! Decided to go today for lunch ordered soups and quesadillas, asked for bread while we waited. Soup came, bread never did until 25 minutes later, by that time the soup was cold. I doubt that they are making these loaves in the back of outback. While trying to explain this to our waiter John C he walked away from my fiancé not giving a damn. He then asks me if I want dessert 15 mins later and I told him we never received the quesadillas. He then comes back 20 mins later and apologizes saying it’s all his fault. John C gets deserves an F, got no tip from us! What a disappointing place! I will be calling corporate Monday! We will stick to the white plains location from now on this place just can’t do it! Stay away!

I’ve never, ever had an issue in this establishment. They make excellent burgers, not something you want to miss out on. The staff is very friendly, even the newly hired staff members leave an excelling aftertaste when it comes to representing their company’s standards.

I hadn’t been to Outback in a while, and it surprised me how nice it was. The updated interiors felt fresh, the food options looked interesting, and the staff was great as always. I’m torn between 3 and 4 stars because I received one good dish and one mediocre dish. The deep fried shrimp and lobster in a sweet chili sauce was great! Perfectly fried and crispy, though I did find some chicken pieces thrown in there. I also had a ribeye sandwich, which was a little tough and chewy, and also a lot smaller than I would expect for a $ 12 sandwich from a place like this. Fries, unfortunately, we’re not crispy. I couldn’t tell if they were soggy or the artisanal fresh-cut kind of fries. They still tasted like potatoes, so I guess that was nice.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered in any restaurant ever. Between the waiter getting my order wrong, to bringing my order piece meal and me having to ask for my salad, my french fries and then having my steak taken away from me because it was wrong and then waiting another half an hour for the correct steak to be brought back to me. I swear it was the worst restaurant experience of my 58 years on earth. Not to mention the food they did happen to get us was not fit for human consumption, the french fries were micro-waved, my wives filet was as tough as shoe leather(her words) as were my 2 lobster tails.

Pretty good meal. Fried shrimp was very over cooked. Salad delivered with wrong dressing. Mediocre Margarita. «Medium» hot wings were greasy and not hot at all. Steaks were good and properly cooked.

I will always be a fan of Outback. It’s a great place to grab a bite with family, friends, or really any type of group. Their burgers are fantastic, and normally my go-to here. Also gotta love the Bloomin’ Onion as an app — not something I would typically order, but the rest of my group insisted, and I was glad they did. Sometimes my family will take advantage of their«Carside to Go» option, which is super convenient for lazy nights. Outback is also good, at least in this location, to go just to grab some drinks. There is a big, circular bar in the middle of the restaurant with booths surrounding.

Really wished I had read the reviews before heading out for my bday dinner with my kids. Got seated quickly due to the early dinner hour. Britney was a good server at first, took our apps & drink order. Later came back to check on our dinner order. My older son and I got the sirloin n shrimp, 12 oz and 6 oz. I had ordered the 6oz and it was not only microscopic but had two large pieces of fat so I could only eat maybe half. We had both ordered the garlic mashed potatoes that were over garlic’d and otherwise unseasoned. Luckily he liked them and ate mine. Shrimp, 4, only four –wow cheap. My younger son had ordered a burger, no complaints. But when we were clearly done, dishes piling up and I moved them to the edge to be taken… we waited and waited for Britney to come back… about 15 – 20 minutes later she finally arrived. Overall I have experienced better, the only part we all enjoyed was the bloomin’ onion ofcourse. Not thrilled with this visit, luckily we only go maybe once a year.

Alice Springs is one girl I’ll always remember. Unilocal is making me write more. Also had the blackberry sangria and chocolate thunder from down under. That was pretty good too.

Dined here on Wednesday ¾ with my boyfriend. Upon arrival, there was no wait! THANKFULLY because we were extremely hungry. We were greeted by 2 hostesses and one who appeared to be a manager of sorts. They greeted us but did not make eye contact, while two of them were having a side conversation. No big deal to me, seeing as how we were seated promptly. We were then greeted by our server, Will(i believe his name was). He was fantastic and we ordered our drinks and apps immediately. He brought our drinks over FAST! I had the blackberry sangria which is amazing. It is on the sweet side, so if you do not enjoy sweet drinks, steer clear of the sangrias. My boyfriend had a tall chilled glass of the Sam Adams Cold Snap(one of our absolute favorites of the sam seasonal). We ordered the coconut shrimp and blooming onion. I must say, it seems they have cut back on the portion sizes(at least for the blooming onion) which is fine for me because I will eat EVERYTHING. Coconut shrimp is a MUST, it is so good with the perfectly, non greasy fried coconut breaded shrimp paired perfectly with the sweet yet tangy sauce. I can’t say the same for the blooming onion. It is VERY greasy but still tastes so good! For entrée’s I ordered the fire salmon with a side of steamed veggies. It was a rather small sized salmon, but i didn’t mind because i filled up fast with the apps. The flavor of the salmon was a little lack luster, perhaps they should consider adding more of the sauce(because it was good) or just order an extra side of the sauce. My boyfriend had a caesar salad with grilled shrimp. It came with about 6 shrimp at a good size perfectly grilled. I personally LOVE their caesar salad. A lot of places can’t seem to get the dressing correct, either too much fishy taste or not enough. they have it down PERFECT! All in all I would definitely be back if the service and food continues to be that good.

Got ONE glass of Kendall Jackson chardonnay tonight and it was $ 16.25 plus tax and tip. What!!! An entire bottle is $ 13. No wonder the entire place was empty on a Friday night.

As time goes on I feel it went from great service and food to mediocre. The last visit, last week, was not to be desired. We go here because it’s an outback abd kid friendly. Not mortons but nonetheless we expect for what we pay it to be good food and good service. They forgot the bread, they didn’t do what we asked for orders(ie no salt) so veggies were heavily salted. The meat was not the cut it used to be. Dry shrimp and to get refills on drinks or even water you had to wait extensive times for a waiter to come back around which took time. The reserve ahead service used to work perfectly but lately you still wait 15⁄20 min. It’s likely because they are taking walk ins earlier. The old manager was on top of his game. Not sure where things went wrong but, I’m disappointed in where this has gone. The cooks need to be evaluated to see if they are an issue or if it’s the wait staff. It was so confusing last visit and we typically go once a month.

It’s an Outback Steakhouse — the Bloomin’ Onion is a gift from the Aussie Gods with its greasy onion petals and tangy Bloomin’ sauce. I always get the Petite Filet cooked medium rare and I have always gotten a nice red piece of meat. We like to sit at the bar — weekends you’ll typically have Donnie as the bartender.

We had a really bad experience at this location. We went online and put a party of 6 for 6:30 pm. We arrived right at 6:30 and still had to wait 20 minutes for our table. Three of us ordered what we thought was the $ 14.99 Steak and Shrimp special. When we were ordering we specifically pointed at this on the menu and the waitress asked if wanted the filet or sirloin. We all ordered the filet while pointing at the $ 14.99 special and she did not mention a price difference. Two of the steaks were ordered medium rare and arrive extremely rare and were barely cooked. They had to take back the steak along with a burger that was ordered without cheese and came with cheese. They took the steak and burger back to the kitchen and we had to wait for them to be cooked. When the bill arrived we were charged $ 22 for the steaks place an additional $ 6 each for the shrimp. The special that we pointed to and expected to b $ 14.99 was now $ 28. This was a very shady up sell as there was no mention of a price difference for the filet. I think they thought that we would just no look at the bill and pay whatever they charged us. I would warn others dining at Outback to be aware of this up sell trick to not get ripped off!

This location has really gone down hill. Went for a late dinner at 9:00 on a Sat. night and had to wait 15 minutes to be seated not because there were no tables but because the place was FILTHY and they had to clear a table for us. Food, napkins, coasters under almost every table. Cold stale bread and wrong dressing on salad – waitress nowhere to be found – had to walk around with the salad to find someone to fix it. Outback special steak was almost all nerve and fat, but the worst was my hubby’s «creamy shrimp Alfredo fettuccini. A plate of oily penne pasta was delivered instead. No «sorry, no more fettuccini» they just brought it out. The penne was hard and old. The«sauce» was separated and greasy. Obvious that the entrée was old and reheated. Will not go back there ever.

After not eating at an Outback recently, I was excited to go back to an old favorite. My boyfriend and I had recently had filet mignon at another restaurant and were very disappointed. We both ordered the filet mignon, a salad, steamed veggies and garlic smashed. Everything was very good — the filets cooked to perfect temp. Our waiter was terrific and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The manager also stopped by to see how we were doing. We took a take-away order for my mom, and she told me that she loved her filet mignon with bleu cheese as well. We had a 20% off coupon that I had on my email but had not printed out. They solved the issue immediately by having me email it to the restaurant and it was applied to our entire bill. Outback remains a family favorite
