AA Plumbing & Water Heaters

OMG. TERRIBLE.
I needed a new hot water heater installed, and was calling around for quotes… this place was the fifth place I called. NONE of the other places needed to come out to look before they’d quote me… I knew the specs of the new equipment, I just needed it installed. This place insisted that they could not give me a quote over the phone that they needed to come look since my 20-​year old water heater was «20-​years out of code»… um, I just bought the house 3 years ago, and it passed inspection then, so it wasn’t out of code… besides, how would they know?
I explained that (like most people) I work M-​F 8 – 5 and didn’t want to take more time off than necessary… especially since I already knew it needed to be replaced. Very rude, condescending and not at all professional.
