This is an edited review that I completely erased and rewrote because of the kind help we got from the manager and assistant manager here. Recently, my uncle passed away unexpectedly. We had a hard time getting his things in order and knew he had storage, but didn’t know where. By the time we figured it out, we’d missed a payment. We called the corporate call center and they weren’t very understanding at all and changed us a 20 percent late fee. It was frustrating and unbelievable. So I wrote a pretty harsh Unilocal review. We quickly received a call from the assistant manager who was sincerely apologetic and worked very hard to make it right. Then the manager called, who had met my uncle, and expressed her condolences and refunded the late charge. And they are going to work with us until we are able to come up to Oregon to get his things. While the call center was bad, the people at this facility are very kind and understanding. We really appreciate all their compassion.
