Really bad service! First we asked if we could sit near some heat. So they sit us near a door where customers are going out constantly to smoke, so the cold air is hitting us.
Service was super slow also.

If I could have chosen 0 stars I would have. My daughters soccer team went here for lunch today after we drive to Wilson from Raleigh for a game. The only positive thing was the service, for s large party the waitress did a great job keeping everything organized. Both the food my daughter (wings) and I (Mediterranean salad) got made us sick after we left. Over half the lettuce in my salad was bad and wilted and the chicken was as hard as a rock, like it had been microwaved too long. About 20 hours later I still don’t feel good. I used to get exited to think of going to BWW but I have to remember never to go here again!

The food is marginal and the beer selection is mediocre but the bartenders are at least friendly.
I really don’t know how this chain makes money. I guess it’s the cheap food and poorly paid staff that keeps the doors open.

Dank and smelly; very slow service, only ordered drinks, glasses were empty for quite sometime before someone came around to check status, busy place but not very comfortable to enjoy the game, waitresses seemed rushed, no time for banter with the customer, cold and unwelcoming, won’t return.

I just asked my family if I EVER suggest that we eat here again to remind me how horrible it has been EVERY time we have eaten here. The atmosphere was awful, so was the service. The waitress took
. to take our drink order and when we started to order she rolled her eyes at the quantity because it would take us a while to eat. (If she had come by the table 20 minutes earlier, we would have started eating much sooner!) The wings were slimy and not really hot in temperature at all. Horrible experience! The last time we went there to eat, we left before we even ordered drinks. Never going back. E.V.E.R.

If you have the time of Moses and can wait hundreds of years to get something to drink or God forbid food, then this is the place for you! Customer service was terrible, waiter did not check on our party of 8, would TAP us on the shoulder to get our attention and when we had a complaint the manager totally ignored us and did not take care of the issue. Because we received no refills we had to go up to the bar to ask for them. Even the bartender was rude. Do NOT waster your hard earned money at this location. My group and I are calling corporate. This doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

I should have trusted the reviews. I felt like they could care less how long I’ve been waiting for my food, they could care less if my glass was empty. After 25 minutes and about an ounce of beer that I had been nursing, I decided to leave. I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries, not a hard meal to prepare. Buffalo Wild Wing isn’t the best place for food, but it’s usually consistent no matter where I travel. It’s not so much of how long it took, it was the total lackadaisical attitude of the staff that made me go elsewhere for dinner. I just didn’t want to eat there with people that could care less if I was content or not

The wings were not bad, the server was nice, I mention to him the bad veggie appearance, he said sometimes we just leave them out in the open at night, then turn and serve to customers. It looks like they came straight out of the garbage. I had no offer for a replacement. Who knows what crawled on them in the night. I would have loved to had some Fresh ones. I took a picture of how bad they look.

When the winter weather came to Wilson, I decided to stay in town instead of drive back to Raleigh. BWW was on the way to the hotel, so I went in for a to go order.
To go orders are placed at the bar. I ordered the steak burger with a side of fries. Bartender stayed busy with her work duties, but did find a moment for pleasant chat while I waited for my order, which was ready with a reasonable wait.
Thought the flavor of the burger was good, and was served with an ample portion of fries.
Perhaps on another trip to Wilson I will return and dine there.

This BWW has been here for a while now and the service has gone down hill! This place is a bar! And don’t expect good service there either– meaning order 2 drinks when you order. It took us 10 mins to get out drinks and the staff and manager acted like we had done something wrong! With service like this it will have a closed sign before long! You don’t treat your customers like crap!!’ This place needs to get back to the basic and the reputation that BWW built from the start!

Went real late, and I have to say this I’d the WORST Buffalo Wild Wings in the US
Poor service — waitress who do not care — no one in kitchen — corporate should be ashamed — the manager should be fired

Temple Hills, MD
The wings were crispy and some of them best I have had at any Wild Wings and the service was excellent. Craft brews were scarce compared to the other locations I have been to, most leaned towards the light crowd. Place still had a bit of a dirty feel that I find with almost all locations. Wild Wings is overrated in general but the Wilson location is better than most I have been to.

This place has atmosphere and that is why I go! They have 25 draft beers on tap and electronic trivia! Outdoor seating is nice when the weather is right. The best place in town to go watch any game! Service is hit or miss there is some good waiting staff and some slack ones so, don’t just judge the place by that. This is what our city needed to have a place to go have good wings and good beer. Overall great experiences!
