I went back again for trivia, a fun time as usual! even won a few prizes. I once again had the scotch egg with a special request to the waitress that I wanted it soft– runny. The eggs came out gooey which I was satisfied with and it really does make a world of difference in how they taste being able to dip the sausage in the yolk. So you get a star for that Kilt! I’m thinking I may ask someone with management if that’s just not how they do their eggs so I know to request them soft, even though that is how they are supposed to be. Whatever it takes for the perfect egg!

The new chicken sandwich rocked! I have eaten here several times and it has always been good. Very good food and friendly Kilt staff. Will return soon

Wasn’t bad at all!!! Standard chain restaurant/​bar atmosphere. Good beer and drink selection. We ordered typical bar fare; mozzarella sticks, chicken wings, calamari, etc and it was all good. Nothing that special but a good time out to watch the game, eat and have drinks. Overpriced just like any place out there like it. Don’t listen to the haters!

Here is an example of a Breastuarant that is totally lost when it comes to its identity and where it fits into the segment space! Gone are the cloth napkins — menus are now one flat board with insets so they can change pricing and either add or delete items at will (remember what I said in the beginning about identity). Are we a dine in? Sports bar? Burger joint? They have no clue — but they are so hyper focused on food cost that the irish dip I had today was more bread then meat — so much so that the last 2 inches were without meat! So 14.00 for a UNDERWELMING sandwich and 2.50 for the soda — which is pretty much industry standard. So we are down to the rabid sports fans that consume their entire paycheck in alcohol — because then food doesn’t matter!

My wife and I went here on a whim for lunch one afternoon — imagine our surprise when we found out it was like an Irish/​Scottish Hooters!
Overall, the food was good, but greasy, especially the fries — I got the garlic and parmesan fries and they were swimming in oil. Had a decent selection of beer on tap.
The waitresses look like they’re hating their life, though. It’s freezing in the restaurant and they’re barely wearing a handkerchief on both ends, and they’re not very attentive or friendly. I hope they get mad tips for the crap they deal with!

We are in town for tonight only, so we decided to go out and grab a drink close to our hotel. We had heard about tilted kilts so we figured we would give it a try. When we first arrived we were seated immediately (good sign), however it took 20 minutes and someone complaining to get someone to take our initial order (bad sign, hence the minus one star). But after that the night went seamlessly. The refills and food were perfectly timed. And when we decided to leave the checks were prompt. Overall it was great. The only thing I would suggest is better communication between the hostess and waitress when seating a table. If we stay in this hotel again, we’ll definitely be back. The close location and games that are played can’t be beat.

Wife and I stopped in the other night, we are new to the area, and had never heard of the place before. Thought, ok, maybe a good olé Scottish pub, looking forward to some pub grub and a couple of beers.
Upon walking in, we middle agers realized that it was a Scottish Hooters of sorts. I thought we should hang in there and try the place out, once won’t hurt.
It turns out it’s a great sports bar themed place, with Scottish (I don’t think they were all Scottish) lasses in short kilts that are not too distracting from the food. Wife was glad they tossed in a pre-​rant Mel Gibson look-​alike for the ladies. Service was good, food was good (both had the flatbread pizza), and along with wine and beers, Morgan served up the flight of Jack Daniels «shorties». Good all-​round place, I’m buying a kilt.

This is my go-​to place for a beer! Also, LOVE their tenders and tilted sauce! I’ve always had good service when here, but the bar is my location of choice, always fantastic service!

Good nasty. Service sucks. Beer is cold and you can stare at the girls that ignore you.

I’ve eaten here several times over the past few months and have always had great service. Katie is my usual server and has always made me feel comfortable. She always takes some time to speak with me and see how things are going. What really blew me away was the fact that after a month between visits, she remembered my name. That’s impressive. I’m going back again tonight. I’ll see if she remembers the beer I drink. In any case, the other people there have always been polite and quick to serve. I train salespeople and staff and not everybody is up to serving people. And restaurants can be very hard to work in. So I give them credit for the fine job they do. And I have not had a bad meal there yet.
Okay, I went back tonight and Katie remembered what beer I drink. She’s awesome. Guess I’m a loyal customer. Looking forward to my next visit there.

Little loud and over priced. Took long time to get order. Serving portions (food and drink) are not in line with the prices. Service was ok but there are better places to watch a game in town.

Wow, not sure about the negative reviews — off days or they got the wrong people. I took my boyfriend there three times last week — lunch one day, dinner another day, and late night for a drink another day. He loves this place and so do I. It’s a good hang out spot for us. We were always greeted immediately and our waitresses were all friendly and we didn’t have to wait long for anything. The corned beed and cabbage rolls are okay, the mashed potatoes are good, and the garlic fries are okay, too. Their flatbread pizzas are yummy. They have a nice selection of ales.

The place is a good atmosphere, but the food highly questionable at best if you want to go for the T&A then go for it you should be ashamed. Kickbackjacks is the same. You pick ur poison if you will.

Never heard of this place before, I had google who in town was showing the Mayweather vs Pacquiao fight and the Tilted Kilt popped up and not to mention they were also the cheapest to get in than other competitors around the area, which were double and triple the cost to watch the fight and so this made my decision fairly easy to make. I’m giving this place place 5 stars mainly because of 3 wonderful ladies that were awesome to me even though they knew that I wasn’t a drinker or a regular customer of their’s. I was originally kind of concern because typically I thought they were only going to cater to their regulars. Just needed to give Courtney, Katley and Natasha a huge thank you for your kindness and making me feel special! Let me also say that each of them went out there way to thank me for tipping them… They were very greatful, which I don’t see anymore! (Katley hope I spelled your name correctly?)
Very friendly place I would definitely visit again… especially to see my new favorite girls! Also, when everyone was leaving to their cars, all the men from TK were all over the parking lot helping everyone getting their cars out safely which I don’t see any other place doing this kind of service for their customers. Great job guys!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. My family and I were in the Wilmington area to visit my sister who lives here and to enjoy a little beach time. After eating here I was unable to get much beach time in. I ordered the gallic chicken over fettuccine. It tasted alright, nothing special, but it wasn’t horrible. I had some left so I took it home. Then the next day it started. I woke up extremely nauseated and spent most of that day in bed. I got food poisoning from Tilted Kilt. It ruined my whole vacation. I’m sure that it was from here because even after I told my sister that I thought it was the chicken that made me sick, she ate my leftovers. After eating my leftovers, she was also sick. So thank you Tilted Kilt for ruining my vacation. I will never be visiting another one.

We were passing by and had a choice between Twisted K and Carrabas. Chose TK. Took ten minutes to get a drink order. This was at two in the afternoon. Teninites later no sign of drink or waitress. We left and walked to Carrabas. Had a drink, soup and salad within ten minutes. Boobs don’t mean a quality product.

Came here with an excited boyfriend who has wanted to try here for a while. We entered and were seated right away. We looked over the menu and our waitress came over to take drink orders. I noticed a brewery that was in Wilmington and asked our waitress about it. She did not have a clue. We ordered drinks and food shortly after. I ordered a corned beef, «reuben style», which is basically a reuben. The boyfriend ordered shepherd’s pie. The food came out in an acceptable time. The food was not bad, but my sandwich did not taste like it had any thousand island dressing, so I asked for extra on the side. The side of dressing took forever to come out (10+ minutes) — I was almost finished eating by the time it came. Our waitress did not ask how our food was or check on us. Our check took forever to come out also after we were done eating. So I would say this place is like Hooters with better food and much worse service. The hiring process probably goes like this: «Please try on this uniform.» «Wow, you look great in that uniform! You are hired!»

Walked in impressed by the atmosphere. Plenty of TVs for sports fans. A good crowd in place that seemed to all be enjoying themselves. Other than that, I can’t say anything else positive. I waited to be greeted by the hostess, and then waited for 20 minutes to get service at my table before deciding to get up and leave having received no service.

Boobs certainly do not mean brains in this establishment. Sub-​par food coupled with atrocious service equals a horrible experience. Servers have no semblance of serving technique and they think and move as slow as tree sap.

Pretty normal menu of bar food consisting of burgers, chicken, salads, etc. I had the fish and chips, $ 11 will get you 3 rather small pieces of cod and a basket of fries with a quarter size serving of cole slaw. My friend ordered the cheesesteak and considered it mediocre at best. Like others, I found the bus boys dressed in black kilts Disturbing. Overall impression: meh
