We finally had the food from this establishment and let me say it was absolutely wonderful. I give them an A plus. The 21 piece box and all its sides are excellent. The mashed potatoes were real potatoes, the Mac and cheese was very creamy, the collard greens were good but a tad bitter in my eyes. Would not get the coleslaw again. Overall we will definitely get the chicken and taters.

My husband was in the mood for fried chicken, so we ordered take out from NY Fried Chicken. We were told we could pick it up in 15 minutes. We left the house 15 minutes later, but still ended up waiting in the restaurant for another 15 minutes after that!
It was a good thing I saw the place because I then knew I wasn’t putting a morsel in my mouth. The place was dirty with dead flies on the floor and the cashier/​cook was swimming in his own sweat. Definitely not for me!
My husband said the chicken was mediocre. We won’t be back!

The wings are expensive here so I didn’t try them. I did get a 4 piece meal and found the Chicken a step under KFC. The fries were pretty okay and the cheesecake decent. I would go here again in a pinch and their bucket/​meal prices beat KFC but this isn’t more than just a place to eat.
