When the store manager is not there, this place falls apart. I order a meal, the cashier reads it back. My food comes out, and it’s wrong. Every time I go here they cannot seem to get an order correct. And, to make it even worse, they over charged me because she entered the order wrong. Past visits are typical of this experience. At least once in a while it would be nice to get an apology. Once I had the girl argue with me telling me I ordered it wrong. Kinda hard to order wrong when you tell them a combo number. And, again only when the manager is not there, we watch the workers hand out free food and drinks to their friends. This place should be shut down!

What happened here? I’ve been coming here for god knows how long, and today I should have kept going. I didn’t get what I asked for and then they tell me I can not get it that way. I know that there is such a thing as a soft chalupa. They must be off budget because they’re cutting back big time on the meat product. This crew here on a Sunday will single handedly ruin this business… No more Sundays here, that’s for sure.

Food was eh. Gave me the wrong order. I didn’t check until I got home so I guess that’s on me. Read the reviews apparently everyone has the same experience. Don’t go there!

Horrendous experience! Left the drive through without forks or napkins. They’d ran out of straws! And got cherry coke instead of coke… Horrible would be an understatement…

No. Terrible burrito, still crunchy like it had been sitting out all day. There was no chicken in there and the onions didn’t taste right. I would never return to this TB. But at 10:45PM on a Sunday with a rumbling tummy, it was the only thing I could find that was open. And about two miles west of the restaurant, you’ll find three quarters of my burrito in the middle of the road. Yuck.

Slow today. Took over 16 minutes to put order in at the drive thru. I would have left but a car pulled in behind me and I was stuck waiting there. Guy was unapologetic at for the wait. Not that I needed it but it would have been nice if you at least acknowledge that that was a very very long wait. I don’t know if the machine has broken or something. Plenty of staff working I expected to see no one in there. I would say I put in a fairly large order and so when I asked him for a handful of hot and a handful of mild sauces he gave me six sauces total. I think when I order for a family I should at least be given one sauce per item that I order. Not even close. Overall was not a great experience.
