I tried to reason with the owner several times over a year. She first came to me for help selling her Kickee Pants online. After painstakingly walking her through the process(unpaid, just volunteer basis) several times and explaining the ins and outs of online invoicing, selling on buy/sell/trade boards etc, it was too much for her. She got overwhelmed with online sales requests and cancelled the *paid* and unpaid invoices she had pending out of spite, so we removed her from our trade group. She was a sweet lady, just very overwhelmed. Fast forward to this week… the owner has been advertising online but will only sell to products in store. When we try to purchase in store, she increased the price dramatically(over 50%) from what is stated on the tag. When I approached her about the issue, she chose to block me on social media. Look, I wish her no ill-will, and I actively tried to help where I could. But she’s actively running a business by alienating customers and creating her own bad reputation.

Terrible customer service. Owner lies. Prices marked are subject to change at checkout(to be way higher!) Avoid this store at all cost. Spend your money in a shop that doesn’t hate their customers, lie, and refuse to sell items in your hand!

Do NOT shop here! My friend went into the store to purchase 4 outfits for my daughters in sizes they currently wear. The price clearly stated they were 45.00 a piece. When my friend went to check out she was told, «I’m sorry but that was last years pricing, the price is actually 68.00.» My friend was polite and informed them that was misrepresentation and they legally could not do that as the price clearly stated 45.00. She was then told the owner would be called and that she could wait to speak with her. The owner never showed up and after 45 minutes of my friend waiting quietly browsing Facebook the woman called security and had her removed from the store for no reason. This lady posts her Facebook with with items she knows people want to purchase and tells people she will not ship but then when people physically go into the store she refuses to sell them as well then makes false statements on her page that customers threaten her.
