Kwik Kuts Hair Salon

I needed a quick trim so I stopped by Kwik Kuts. A couple of close friends had bad experiences at this location but I didn’t listen. I wish I did. I waited and waited. I almost walked out. The woman at the front desk was rude who unfortunately was my hair stylist. The woman chopped off my hair! I said trim and she gave me a bob. She keep asking if I wanted a bob and I kept saying no. I asked for bangs and after this woman cut them, I looked in the mirror and they were uneven! She made bangs that you have to part on the side. I think they were called sideways bangs. I DIDN’T ASK FOR THAT! She couldn’t fix them or my bangs would look awful. Now my bangs will need a lot of upkeep to keep them towards the side because if I wear my bangs straight down, it’ll look like I got drunk and took a scissor to my bangs! At the end she expected a tip which I gave her but it wasn’t big, she wasn’t happy. I’ve never had an experience like this at Great Clips.

Stopped by once to get my hair trimmed because it was called kwik kuts… Would have been fine if I hadn’t noticed when I went back they charged me a full cut and not their price for the edge up option… Also sat for about 35 min the second time and then inquired a lady with her son how long she was waiting… 45 min… Another guy said 40 min… They had 2 stylists one of which was working on 2 ladies… Neither looked close to finishing up… Its called kwik kuts… There was nothing kwik or quick about this place and no communication to let me know… I give it 0 stars bc I decided to leave instead of wait potentially another hour… Don’t go here… Its cheap for a reason for
