. I was excited to find out that this spa took my gift card from
. I came to Wilmington to surprise my mother for her birthday for Spa services. My mother had a wonderful experience here she enjoyed the ambience of the Spa it’s located in a nice area. Truman performed the body massage on my mother and Angela did the facial on my mother. Truman & Angela were very professional & friendly. I must say my mother is a picky person but overall she enjoyed her experience and didn’t have nothing to complain about. I could see a small difference in my mother face when I arrived to pick her up from her facial. She even brought some products from here. So since my mother was happy with her experience. I’m happier and will be booking her some more services in the near future.

I treated myself with a facial and massage for my birthday on Oct. 3^rd. The facial was such a disaster (technician was very unprofessional and unsanitary). I spoke to the manager the next day they were open. She said she would look into it and call me the next day and «make things right». I never received a phone call. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Wow! What a lovely spa experience! We were greeted by friendly staff and ushered into a relaxation room and offered ginger tea. I had a facial that was incredibly relaxing. Their use of essential oils was perfect.

I recently used a gift card to get the healing stone pedicure. Heather is fantastic at what she does! She even cleaned up a bad french manicure I got from another salon the day before PRO-​BONO! Her attention to detail, friendly personality and great conversation allowed me to feel not only like a valued customer but also like a new friend! I will definitely be back.

one word — -SETH
I’m from LA and I was not expecting to be blown away by a massage in a smaller city. This man has magic fingers and I seriously came out of there feeling like I had a transcendent experience. I went the following week to see if it was a fluke and it wasn’t folks. Get over there and let Seth work his magic! A couple of my friends have tried him out and they agree. I will be going 1 more time before I go back to LA. I’m seriously gonna miss this guy’s mad skills.

I had a wonderful massage yesterday with Seth. One of the best I’ve ever had and I go pretty often, to places in Los Angeles and all over the world. The front desk staff was lovely and helpful. This will continue to be one of my «must-​stops» whenever I’m in the area — so glad I discovered it!

I got my boyfriend a gift certificate here. The service was wonderful. He ended up paying for me to get one too. The tension tamer massage was… SO delightful.
Seth was thorough and really paid attention to the areas the needed work. I was so impossibly relaxed– he was exactly what I needed!
My boyfriend had Truman, and he sounds like he is just as great. A wonderful atmosphere and great massage talent. I may try a pedi next. Stay tuned!

Granted, this review is a bit late. I went with my girlfriend for a couples massage early this year.
Here’s the breakdown.
You get put in a private changing room (normal)
You put on a robe and sandals (normal)
You go to the couples room with two massage tables (normal)
Decorations are nice, environment is pleasant so worthy of more stars right???
Well we were there for a massage… I got a new girl, and my girlfriend got the manager/​owner???
So my girl was terrified… she either had no idea what she was doing or she was too nervous to do her job effectively… It was painful and uncomfortable.
I think they cater to women who have no clue what a massage should be like but that is just speculation.
I’m generally such a go with the flow type of guy and nothing really gets to me but the blahhh experience here was review worthy and maybe they have improved over the last year but by the looks of the other reviews I think i’m amongst others with a similar experience.
Just stay away…

I booked this place for the day before my wedding for myself and the girls in my wedding party for massages and manicures. My manicurist was really off seeming, nutty. I told her that I’d been growing my nails out for months for my wedding photos and she proceeded to cut two of them completely off. I looked down in horror and saw that she had mangled nails of her own with horribly painted nail polish, like a 4 year old had painted them. I went into the lobby to ask the people up front what was wrong with their manicurist, and they admitted that one of their regular people had called in sick, so they called a temp to fill in, and they had never worked with her before. This is who they chose to give to the BRIDE for her manicure. I had a complete breakdown. They ushered me into the back and when I kept asking them where my mother was, they ignored me. Turns out, they had brought her up front to charge her in full for all of their services. They wanted to get her to pay before she saw how upset I was. They ruined the day before my wedding without apology and charged us full price. I had to hide my fingernails in my wedding photos. I sent the manager a letter telling he/​she how upset I was about the whole ordeal and never heard a word back. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place, they obviously don’t care about fixing a mistake, they’d rather cover it up and move on.

My wife makes it so easy for me on her birthday, she TELLS me she’s going to Ki for a massage. Can’t go wrong if you need a birthday gift idea.

We got a gift certificate for a couples full body massage and it was great.
Granted, this is the first spa I have been to and the first full body massage I have received, but it was amazing.
The staff was quite courteous to our needs and made us (and especially me) feel very welcome and not awkward in the least bit.
They gave ample attention to us and we really did hate having to leave.
