I hate to say this but I was a little disappointed at this location. I frequently visit another location and the food is really good. To my surprise this one was dirty and the food was not up to par :(

The shakes and mixes are great. Love them. And, the staff are great. They open the doors and are friendly and quick.

I come here a handful of times throughout the year, but my last visit was not good. First there was a foul odor in the air. The floor needed significant cleaning around the booths and walls. A roach climb across the booth right beside me. They had a sanitation score of 97, however, I have no idea how. I know this is not a true reflection of this chain, but beware of this store.

What do you do when you need an Andy’s chili cheeseburger and fries after 9pm? You come here, because this location is open until 10pm! Having grown up in eastern NC, there is something special about the magic Andy’s burger. I love the taste of the gooey cheese, soft bun, and hand-​pattied meat with that peppery kick. Every few years I find myself in eastern NC with a craving for Andy’s. I always wonder if the burgers will taste how I remember and they never let me down. One of these days I might even try a cheesesteak.

Loved that we were able to get lunch here quite affordably. The cheesesteaks were awesome as long as you are not looking for the genuine Philly Cheesesteak with cheese wiz sauce.
Service is great and I love the diner feel. The expense of the place comes in with the custards. Absolutely wonderful dessert, but two small desserts for hubby and I each pretty much doubled our lunch bill. If you can resist temptation, it’s a great little place to go for lunch.
