If you are looking for a bridal gown, you will be very disappointed in the selection here. They do have a huge selection of bridesmaid gowns, but there were only about 10 – 15 bridal gowns. The woman there is very honesty and funny. It’s a shame there is not a bigger selection.

Went here a few weeks ago to start my search for a bridal gown with my sister and mother. Made an appointment, showed up, and was devastated. Maybe 15 gowns to choose from and all were very similar styles. A few years ago they had a much larger selection, but now it seems as though it’s just bridesmaid dresses. Very upset that I was not informed of this before coming to the shop. And to top it off, the owner just wanted to see my sister and «catch up.» Really disappointing and upsetting.

My girls bought their dresses here. Best service we found anywhere and a fabulous selection of dresses. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would recommend to everyone!

I highly recommend Frank Bernards! Especially Teresa! She was such a riot to work with. She is really nice, funny and isn’t afraid to tell you how it is. She is very good at what she does. When I first walked in she told me to pick out 8 gowns that I wanted to try on. I picked and few with my mom and MOH and Teresa picked a few that she thought I would like as well. I ended up really liking the first and last one I tried on. I decided to go home and sleep on it. Teresa was fine with that. Which I was shocked about, usually bridal salons are so determined to get the sale they almost force you to pick that night! I ended up going back and picking the 2^nd dress. The dresses are SUPER affordable and beautiful! I cannot tell you how much I loved Frank Bernards and Teresa!
My mom also go her dress here and they were extremely helpful with her too.

Teresa at Frank Bernard’s was absolutely amazing. So nice and helpful, she went above and beyond what I expected. She didn’t push me into making a decision at all and made me feel very comfortable. I can’t say enough about how great she is.
However, the shop itself was a little disappointing. There wasn’t a lot of variety — I only found three dresses I even wanted to try on. The dressing room was kind of dark, and the chairs for your friends or family to wait were actually inside of it. I’m sure I could have asked my mom to wait outside, but it felt rude when the chairs to sit in were inside. But I really wish I had a moment to myself to decide if *I* liked the dress before anyone else saw me in it. Overall, it was just ok.

My bridesmaids purchased their dresses at Frank Bernard’s. The service was excellent, the prices fantastic and everything came in perfect. No problems. A pleasure to work with and would absolutely recommend to anyone.
