So I live on Market St and I’m hungry… I figured I’d hit this pizza place up regardless of the crappy reviews, cus it’s Saturday night and I don’t really care about waiting a little for my pick-​up order which seems to be the whole issue with all these reviews: the service blows…
I placed my order online, then immediately called in to add a few extra individual slices to my order. They immediately just yelled at me «can ya hold please?!» and put me on hold without any kind of acknowledgment… Wait a couple minutes, and what do you know, they just dropped the call.
Called back to say screw it, just cancel my order since you just hung up on me and I’m not very interested, followed by a lovely «cool» and a hang up… Glad to see they are doing so well they don’t need any extra business

I wish I could give 0 star. Worst service ever, waited for 45 min, the manager told us our order hasn’t been placed. The waitress is acting racist and have that expression that none of her business. Horrible

Okay place, not amazing.
I like the concept of exotic pizza, but these ones seem like what a middle schooler would put together in a home oven. The toppings were tasty, but the pizza execution was off.
Nice beer list. Hopefully lower market area will clean itself up a bit more and I may venture back… Wouldn’t come here at night though.

Ordered a delivery pizza and salads on a saturday. They called back twice saying were out of this and that… ok, can deal with that. Then 2 hours later I call back and say where’s the order… they are on the way… get there, pizza cold and not good at all, ok, saturday, write it off, maybe try again. Check my credit card next morning, extra $ 5 added to what I signed for, even though I gave a $ 6 tip… called and manager took info and said would credit back…1 week later, no credit… that’s illegal guys, never again will I go there and spreading the word in our apartment building where I picked up flyer about this…

Soup was luke-​warm and tastes like it was from a can. Friend’s soup was cold — was supposed to be crab soup, but it was more vegetable soup with a few small pieces of crab thrown in. Sandwiches were okay, but nothing I would rush back to have. Two members of the waitstaff helped us and it still took a long time for food and drinks. Doubt I would go back.

This place is hit or miss. Had the pizza which is great, the reign roster!!! which was amazing!!! However the past few times I’ve order and my order is never correct. Hoping maybe its just this way on the weekdays

This place is hit or miss. I’ve eaten here and got great service and great food, then other times is been terrible. Food is inconsistent in how the prepare and portion size. I have ordered the Thai chicken salad and it was full of chicken and then the next time it has like three small strips. This place isn’t cheap so hard to recommend.

Today, 12÷6÷2015 I ordered a pizza to get delivered @ 4:54pm. It was not delivered until 6:54pm for one pizza!?! I will not be a customer of this establishment again. Terrible customer service & the pizza was cold by the time it was delivered two hours later. I would not get delivery here. The manager said he would call me later and take care of me. Never received a phone call. The proof is in the pizza on this one.

We ordered online and two hours later we still didn’t have our delivery order. When we called they didn’t apologize but said «oh it just came through, the fax machine was out of paper.» I’m so hangry right now, we’ll never order from here again.

The service is super slow and it took 1.5 hrs to eat lunch.
I got the betty salad (spinach, bacon, tomatoes, feta cheese) with blue cheese. It took 35 min for the food to come out. When we were paying, their register died and no one could use their card. There aren’t really atms nearby so that was really annoying. I wouldn’t come back here.

Don’t let the menu and pictures fool you. Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and Thai boneless wings. First, the pizza looked like it was made with frozen pre made shells for crust. The crust is a key factor in a good pizza. These guys fail big time. It’s hard, tasteless, and just ruins the semi decent toppings. You’re better off buying a box of Elios from the grocery store. Also, they charged $ 20 for that crappy pie! I was stupid enough to pay for it because the picture roped me in. The wings were actually a chicken breast cut into 6 cubes and seasoned with their version of Thai. I ate two and it was a struggle. Tasted like pure garbage. This place sucks. Point blank.

The quality of the ingredients is EXTREMELY low. Corporate farm, frozen, cafeteria quality is what to expect.
The nachos we ordered came with ½ of the things listed on the menu, I made better ones in my dorm room in college 18 years ago.
I ordered a meatball parm, I got a chicken parm instead and it was gross and I doubt the meatball would have been any better.
My wife ordered a salad, it was pathetic and had ingredients in it that WERE not on the menu. Things she’s allergic to.
Terrible terrible terrible place.

I’ve come here off an on for the better part of a couple years now when i’m in town on business. It’s a very different experience depending on if you come with ‘regulars’ or if you come by yourself. it would definitely be a four star experience if they would just treat all their customers equally good as ‘regulars’.
Anyway, the food here is serviceable, but nothing to really write home about. I wished their thin crust was a little more crunchy on the bottom crust (a little soft for me) but not everyone can get the crust right. They also don’t really have much of a dessert offering other than some plastic wrapped cookies, which makes me sad. I talked to the manager and apparently nobody was ordering their desserts so they cut then back. boo.

Waiting an hour for buffalo wings to show. Was a little upset but I understand it’s football Sunday. However, wings showed up cold, they got my order wrong, and the person who took my order originally was very smug. I didn’t know I was being such a nuisance calling your place of business for delivery.
Manager corrected mistakes and sent me complimentary wings, but as a first time customer of Extreme Pizza I was disappointed.
I won’t be ordering from here again, and as someone living in Wilmington, that’s a shame because there’s not much around anyway.
