Has some decent deals, bit pricey for «used» items. Must dry clean purchases, as some smelled of sweat and body oder.
Great collection of purses! Clothes are too jammed on racks. Shop is clean and dressing rooms ample.

This is a great consignment shop. I both shop and consign here and I am happy with both aspects of the business. Only once has the owner not been present to personally assess the items I brought in. That said, the staff are also wonderful and very friendly and helpful.
The accepted brands are the types you would expect to find in an upscale shop: J. Crew and Banana Republic in the mid-​range, Gap at the lower, with some higher end labels like Kate Spade and Tory Burch.
Since I am petite, I often have difficulty finding smaller sizes, but Encore curates a nice range of sizes.
As for choosing items to consign, the owner and staff are extremely selective. While this could be frustrating for the consignor (I think they’ve rejected about 50% of what I’ve brought in), I actually like it because that means that the items that are for sale are high quality, still look nice, etc. I’ve been in more than one consignment shop that will accept something because of the label – but the quality of the item isn’t great.

Love, love, love this store! Fantastic selection of high end designer clothes, handbags, and shoes at great prices! I bought a gorgeous pair of Michael Kors sunglasses today for $ 45, they’re in perfect condition! The staff was so helpful and sweet while not being pushy at all. I can’t wait to go back, this is by far the best consignment store in the area.

Upscale consignment store. Fantastic! We made a list of all the consignment stores and made a rainy day of it and this was the hit! Start at this store! The clearance is a true deal. Name brand boutique clothes for $ 13.00…unheard of! Yes, some items are $$$ but they are so worth every penny. This is where smart women shop.
