Dunkin’ Donuts

I used to be able to come here and get my coolata perfect. Now hardly ever. It makes me sad. Most of the people are nice enough but I cone in for coolatas. I think I will try the new one next time.

After taking a moment to order the girl at the register got impatient and started saying our total every time we added an item and we’re not finished ordering.
So my friend ordered a ham, egg and cheese croissant and I ordered a medium French vanilla coffee. What I received at the window was a medium cup of mocha creamer. Not even a taste of coffee. My friend got an egg and cheese croissant. This place is awful. I see why people pay for Starbucks.

This is without a doubt the worst location in Wilmington. Staff is mostly rude and unfriendly, and they don’t care about their customers.
I have been there a few times and after three times of them mixing up my drive thru order with someone else’s, I stopped going for a while. I wanted to give them one more chance so I went thru today and ordered a plain bagel lightly toasted with plain cream cheese. I got to work and could not believe what I had been given. It was not lightly toasted at all. They had burned the top of it and it was extremely hard. I couldn’t even take a bite. If they can’t even get a single simple bagel order right, I can’t imagine what they do with complicated coffee orders.
Needless to say, I’m done with this location. I’ll give my money to Starbucks. At least they are friendly and get my order right!

The coffee here tastes good. My problem is I asked for decaf coffee because I have health problems and am not supposed to ingest caffeine. I always ask for decaf coffee. I noticed that after drinking their «decaf» coffee I felt jittery and not so good. I went back the next day and asked for decaf coffee but this time I watched the pot they poured it from and they were pouring it from the pot with caffeine in it. I pointed out to the girl what she had done and she said they didn’t have any decafe made. Like that made it ok to give me caffeine! I got my money back and left. If you can’t have caffeine, you can’t be sure these people will give you want you ordered.

Agree, unfriendly service, not a hello or thank you. Definitely get my morning fix at Port City or Starbucks.

«0» stars would be better! Poor service, unfriendly staff, no smiling faces, NO «Thank you for your business!!» They made me feel like they were doing me a favor to spend my money there. Good grief! I asked for a coffee refill, but the frowning, unfriendly worker said there were no free refills, like Starbucks. If DD wants to compete, they need to offer something competitors aren’t, like free coffee refills. I’m going to Krispy-​Kreme for doughnuts & Starbucks from here in out. The heck with DD!

The whole point of this place is donuts and coffee, yet when we went here they only had one type of donut available!
