I received seemly helpful service at first. When I called back to ask a question about my order, their incompetents was incredible. No one could talk to me about my order beside the person I first spoke with — who was never available and impossible to get a response from. On my return to pick up my order, I found they had not even started to print it! By the time my prints were done I had expected them to be perfect since they had taken so long. To my surprise, they were awful. The business cards felt cheap and looked blurry. I had to throw them away and reorder from an online printer (spending less with a faster turnaround). I hear they are better with large scale printing but I wouldn’t hold my breathe. I still believe going local is important but I won’t be returning here.
