I used All in One Services for a period of 3 years for multiple jobs. A brief history: the unit was installed new in 2009, from 2012 to 2015 had multiple leaks, replaced the compressor in 2012 and then it blew again in 2015 — all repairs were done by All in One. The first issue was on a service call when the tech told me that there was an issue in the ceiling unit, but, according to the renters, he never went to the attic to check it; later, he came back to check it after I voiced my concern. The second issue is why I will never do business with this company again. After replacing the compressor a year and a half ago, the compressor blew again and leaked all the coolant for the 4th time in the last 3 years(on a 6 year old unit). I called up All In One to help me again since I trusted them in the past and was told I would need a new compressor and that it would be $ 1800, that the unit was out of warranty(only a 5 year warranty they said) and that the compressor that THEYINSTALLED a year and a half ago only had a 1 year warranty. We then went down the road of talking about changing out the whole unit(for over $ 5500), the owner went out and checked out the unit himself and recommended that things looked pretty bad and that replacing the whole unit would be a good idea. On the recommendation of a friend, I had a second opinion from another company(Anderson Air). Justin determined that my unit is actually under warranty for 10 years and that the compressor that All in One installed just a year and a half ago has a lifetime warranty on it(they were telling me that it only had a one year warranty). He was able to do the job for significantly less than what All in One was charging. I contacted the business about the issue and they did not have any reasoning or apologies for the issue. I also did not receive a refund for the fee that I paid them to come out. I would not recommend this company at all. If this is how they treat their loyal customers, I don’t want to see how they treat new customers.
