Usually my go-​to store in the area. Better than Pathmark but not as good as the Pile Creek Acme. I went last week, specifically to buy some clementines. Within three days the whole box was moldy and rotting. I will be shopping the Pike Creek location from now on.

Just stopping by to get in on some of the items on sale, can’t beat that. Everyday there is something on sale here.

I have never, in all my days of working retail or being a shopper, experienced better customer service than I do at this Acme. On a consistent basis, the staff is kind, courteous, upbeat, and just beyond helpful. I am offered a cart practically as soon as I get out of the car by the young men working in the lot. Employees smile and greet me, and often stop to fawn over my children. Cashiers pleasantly ask me if they may ring me up (instead of being annoyed if I choose their line, like some stores I know).
I drive past 3 stores with somewhat lower prices on the same merchandise to go to this Acme, because I know it will actually be a fun experience. And how many people grocery shopping with 2 very small children say THAT?
