I have known Fred for over 5 years, and have had the pleasure of receiving many wonderful energy sessions from him during that time. Fred is an extremely positive person with a big heart. He has trained in many different kinds of energy work, and uses whatever techniques he feels are useful during each session, which lasts about one hour. I always feel fantastic after a session with Fred. He is a great teacher of allowing wellness to flow through. I highly recommend Fred!

Oh Wow, I just saw that Humble Healer was reviewed by Carol!!! Fred is one of the most amazing human beings I’ve met!!! A truly wise soul, he is versed in so many teachings and can perform so many different types of healing. I experienced his healing session, something I had never done before, and felt the energy run through me and release and felt the really wonderful afterwards! Now I’ve also been going to his LOA groups, and more notedly the beach groups that are just phenomenal, and thanks to all of this inspiration by Fred, I feel wonderful and feel a lot of genuine joy and excitement that I haven’t felt with such consistency before!
I am very grateful for having Fred in my life and for continuously being uplifted by his presence! :)

The Humble Healer can assist you in bringing you into vibrational balance and teach you how to maintain it. He is trained in several different healing methods including polarity therapy, sound acupressure, Reiki, and more.
The sessions last for around an hour and I went for my first one last night. It was an amazing experience of pure relaxation. I will certainly go back.
