FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Stopped in here to ship something FedEx which I’d never done before. I needed it out ASAP so scheduling a pick up wasn’t going to work for me this time. I was shipping to a company that has a FedEx account so I printed off the label online, used their account # for the fees, and voila — ready to send my package off! It was a pretty easy process online.
This is the closest center to drop it off so I headed in and asked the first person I saw where I need to drop this off at. She walked me over to the shipping counter. I guess I asked a person who works in the printing area of the shop but she was very nice and helpful. The two ladies behind the shipping counter were very busy with a lot of packages but one lady took my package, checked it in, and handed me my receipt.
Everyone I encountered was nice and had a smile on their face while helping me out. I don’t think using FedEx on a continual basis will work for me since USPS is super convenient, but when I need to head back here I hope my experience will be just as good as this one was!

I took my documents to scan them and the foolish guy scanned my all different documents on single PDF file, as one document. He took $ 135 freaking dollars for the scanning and he gave me 135 different document in 7 PDF documents.
I don’t know where his brain is… and he is the store manager who did this.
Worst Customer service ever. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go to this store ever.
