Assistant manager Antonio said«no means yes to us». If I could give less than one star I would. The assistant manager Antonio with the forearm tattoo and long chin hair was so rude. First they forced my wife into a «free» tablet after she told them she didn’t want it. When we got billed for it I went to the store to return it after the 14 day policy. I told him the salesman misrepresented the sale and my wife said no she didn’t want it at first. The salesman told her«why wouldn’t you want something that’s free». I told the assistant manager this and his response was both creepy and disgusting. He told me «no means yes to us», «We are aggressive salesmen». I called customer care while I was in the store and they said he has the power to return the item. I told him this and his response was«I may be able to do that, that’s all I’m saying». I am so disgusted by this human being I felt it necessary to give my second Unilocal review from the mall before leaving.

Bought a google phone. Called Sprint. Rep said I had to go to a store. Went to the store. The miserable loser(I’m not being unnecessarily harsh. He really was. My 45 seconds in that store were soul-sucking) behind the counter said he couldn’t activate – I had to call. Went back home, called again. Rep said it had to be a corporate owned store and gave me the address of the nearest corporate owned store which was this store. Once again, the telcom industry lowers the bar.
