Today is the last day that I step foot in this Kmart for any reason. Three people took 45 minutes to complete my online order which was already paid for. I bought the item One hour before going to the store as it said there was one left in stock. I figured I should just pay for it now. Boy was I wrong. All of the idiots at the customer service desk typed on their computers and said they couldn’t find the item. I asked repeatedly should I go and see if it is on the shelf myself and she said no. 20 minutes later a manager says hey let’s go look on the shelf. There were at least 10 on the shelf and she picked one up and said she would print out the paperwork. 10 minutes later I walk over and she and another manager nonchalantly say it’s getting handled. Never did they apologize or act like they cared about the fact that I was in the store for 40 minutes.

I visited this evening and purchased a suitcase. The price was great, but one cash register was having problems and then the price scanned incorrectly at the other one. I only came here in desparation at the last minute. I would avoid this store unless you are not in any rush. I can’t imagine this store will be open much longer, it’s terrible, although it’s probably more the fault of the store and not so much the employees. 20 minutes in line.

Gregory Grookett dislikes this Kmart. I’m not really sure who’s to blame management or the employees who have no enthusiasm at all about the company they work for. It is Kmart and you’re going to always get the deals that they have when stuff is in stock but the store is so disorganized. The staff also seems like they never ever really want to help you and if you ask him a question you’re bothering them. Always a problem checking out whether something doesn’t ring up right or the register crashes. Gregory Grookett expected more from this location and only goes here if its a last resort.

Went here yesterday all of the cash registers went down. Waited in line for over an hour amidst the chaos. Many people requested a discount for the inconvenience which was not offered.

Very dissatisfied. After shopping for several hours in preparation for my son’s birthday, an accumulation of almost 300.00 of merchandise in my shopping cart. I decided to look for work boots for myself. Having noticed the BOGO half off signs hanging on every shelf in the boot section I picked two pair of boots and proceeded to check out. Watching the prices as each item was scanned I quickly noticed no discount on my boots. After questioning the cashier, I was informed that the second set of boots were not included in the promotion. I walked back to the shelf to examine the sign more closely. The sign did read in small print that other offers could not be combined. The supervisor quickly pointed that out. My question was than why the sign was on the shelf with the boots I selected. Her response was that the signs are on every shelf. I inquired weather the second pair could be sold at regular price in order to take part in the signed promotion. Quickly her answer was no. So, I put both pair of boots back on the shelf. If I hadn’t spent hours shopping for my son for his birthday and those gifts weren’t so important, I would have canceled my whole order. I worked in retail management for years as a front end manager. Never would I have allowed a single employee to squabble over $ 6.00. With a customer. Particularly if the customer was spending such an amount inside the store. I know you can’t give away a store. You should have better management.
