just left the store, black friday at 745pm, not crowded at all, 2 people in line in front of me, one cashier waiting on 2 people, they were all laughing like the 3 knew each other, after 5 min 2 more people were standing behind me in line .the line hasnt moved in 10 min now n the 2 ppl at the register were still carrying on with the cashier, i look around n there are 5 employees about 20 feet away playing on there phones not paying any attention to the line or the customers, and more laughing n carrying on, cant anyone else work the register? i walked up to the 3 open registers and put a pair of jeans on each of the three open counters and walked out, its like one BIG party the way the employees act there with no regard at all what to do

The employees were all really nice here and the store was clean. They had a lot of different clothes and a lot of styles to choose from. I ended up buying a shirt. If your looking for some nice clothes at a good price I recommend trying them out.

Actually had items and credit card in hand and couldnt find anyone to take my money… Super sweet girl in makeup section tried to help by calling over the speaker… still no one. After wandering around some more I went to shoe department who sent me to jewelry… and after finally finding the guy trying to sell jewelry tp 5 people. yep… I threw the stuff down and left! Horrible way to run a business!

When it first came into the Mall I loved it. spent a lot of money. In the past few months– I have tried on clothes and picked out other items… walked around for 10 – 15 minutes– got frustrated because there are no more counters to pay for items and no one working in the store it seems like. I couldn’t find anyone to pay!!! no one to take my money!!! three times this has happened to me. and only at willow grove.
NEED more employees!!! I also tried to try on shoes– one girl working, took her 30 minutes to get to me… asked for a size– 10 minutes later I couldn’t find her and left. Ridiculous. Never spending a dime more here again. I took my money elsewhere. where I can PAY for it easy.

The new store looks great. I had not realized that JCP was transitioning all of its stores into ‘neighborhoods’ and modernizing its look. Its certainly not the old JCP that I remember. I was especially surprised at the really reasonable prices of the clothing I looked at and got some really good deals. The staff here was also very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. It had been a number of years since I was in a JCP but will definitely be going back after this positive experience.
