This place is disgusting. It was unclean with napkins everywhere. The food was disgusting. My kids refused to eat and I had to because I had nothing all day. It was partially cooked and was nasty. There was nobody there and asked for a cheese burger with extra cheese. It came with barley any cheese the bun was soggy. The staff was rude and refused to give me a refund. I suggest you skip this place there is much better.

I am never a burger fan. And honestly, it is definitely not an understatement that I am kind of tendentious when it comes to burgers and probably prefer just the Veggie burger from The Cheesecake Factory. But there was one day all of this had to change when my colleague nudged me to stop for lunch before heading back into the office. And that was when we found ourselves at the Elevation Burger. The ambience of the place was a tad noisy — but nothing of the kind in a bar or something. Its more to do with the buzzing lunch time crowd. The staff were pretty courteous and were ready for all kind of customizations on the order. I had ordered a veggie burger and my friend a chicken one. I had requested that I get a stacked version of sorts. There is indoor as well as outdoor seating available and we chose to sit indoors. The order gets taken and is served out at your table. As I bit into the burger, the skeptic in me was beginning to melt away similar to the burger inside my mouth. It was just mind blowing and fantastic. I completed the entire double stacked one in less than 2 minutes! And I didn’t even require any condiments or sauce or ketchup etc. It tasted amazingly good and well done! The depressing part was the french fries though. While standing behind the kitchen counter and placing my order, I could see what was potentially a big, finger sized french fries that were ready to be fried to the golden brown perfection and sprinkled with pepper and salt. However, what I got to see on the table was thin, heavily roasted and literally dark brown fries that would just not get in even with high doses of ketchup. I must admit I really had to waste this one :( The price for two folks was an average of $ 24 for lunch. This does seem a bit expensive to begin with but considering we had two burgers, french fries and two drinks — and oh yeah, add our taxes to it, this doesn’t seem to be outrageous at that. There is very limited parking in front of the store but you have ample space behind in the Willow Grove Pointe! You can dine in or take out — totally your choice. Either way, a good experience for burgers that truly elevated my bias to the burger on the positive side.

My children and I stopped at this location for lunch. We entered and were welcomed instantly with a warm smile by a beautiful cashier named Jayla. She displayed patience as she placed our order, with all of the changes we’ve made; in which that can be irritating to any employee. After I gave my name for my order retrieval. Jayla gave us our cups and we got our drinks and seated ourselves in anticipation of those delicious burgers. Within 3 mins, our food was delivered to our table by one of the kitchen crew. 10 mins afterwards, a handsome onyx complexion young man named Justin(lobby attendant) inquired if everything was to our satisfaction and did the same for all of the newly seated and ingesting customers. The environment is conducive for social gatherings like coworkers coming to lunch, teens that want a munching hangout spot, or even for seniors that want a comfortable place to eat while conversing. This place seems to attract that type of diversity with no evident adversity of the different groups that visit simultaneously. This location has accomplished the quality to be labeled an exceeding expectations spot. Elevation Burger is pricey in comparison to it’s incumbent forefathers(Burger King and Mcdonald’s). But we’re paying for the healthier side of indulging into the fast food lifestyle.

Ive been here twice, and have absolutely no issues with the food. Both times I ordered a half the guilt burger(1 veggie burger, 1 beef) on a lettuce wrap. Both times it was delicious. I love the option of the lettuce wrap, and all the topping variety. It kinda of reminds me of Five Guys. Fries were excellent and the milkshakes are amazing. Be prepared to spend some money though. It isn’t exactly price savvy… but good none the less!

First time trying Elevation Burger. Checked out their menu online & ordered right from their Web page. Simple, build your sandwich setup let’s you choose burger, veggie burger or chicken, type of roll & toppings. We ordered two burgers & split an order of fries. The burgers were perfectly cooked & the fries were delicious! Prices were reasonable & the food was very good. Will definitely be back. Much better than greasy expensive Grub Burger.

These burgers are awesome! I had a built your own burger and it was amazing. So juicy and and rich with flavor. I also had the regular fries and a coffee milkshake with oreos. I am definitely telling and bringing my family and friends next time. The service was great and when your food is ready they bring it to your table, this place doesnt have numbers for seats but the employees taking your order builds a great relationship with you for the minute you are ordering and remembers you, which is great customer service. The managers are also super nice and great to all the customers. Def a place to try when in the Maple Glen/Willow Grove area

Kobe beef. One of the best quality burgers around. Organic beef and grass fed cows. Give it a try.

I ordered the veggie #2 and my boyfriend had veggie #1. The patties were incredibly thin so it was hard to determine what the veggie patties actually tasted like. The rolls are very cheap, doughy, and flimsy that fall apart. The slice of tomato on my burger was so thin that I had to look to see that it was even included. The fries weren’t bad. I like that they’re cooked in olive oil. We both actually left hungry because the portions were so small and the veggie patties so thin. The place itself was clean and the employees were very polite and friendly. We wouldn’t return here.

For all the hype it was NOT worth it. Sadly we received fries that looked like they were the bottom of the barrel and made for a toddler. The burger /lettuce wrap was SOGREESY — lucky for me I was not hungry. The Elevation Burger was«good» according to a 14 year old who will eat just about anything. Eh … Lucky was only 20 bucks.

I went to Elevation burger for the first time. The word clearly spelled«Vertigo» — Ver-ti-go. So I asked for it. The girl Megan wanted to be a smart ass and said, «vertical». You clearly could’ve said ok, no need for the correction. The burger came out and it looked skimpy. 3 Patties? Probably 1 ½. No more business from me.

It was pretty awful I must say that. The burgers were way overcooked, small, and dry. Overpriced for the size of the burger. The buns were to soft and doughy. I would never go back here, even with a free coupon.

I thought taste was very good. Fries were great. Only thing I would want for me to rate 5 stars is my bread toasted so my cheese melts perfectly but other than that taste good. Im going to try the lettuce instead of bread next time

One step higher from Wendy’s. Prices of burgers are way too high for it’s fast-food quality food. The food is much healthier than fast food tho, and it tastes much better. Still fast food, but good. Prices should be lowered.

I like the idea of better ingredients and meat. Most places buy ingredients as cheap as possible, and don’t care where it comes from. Their burger and fries are good! And not that much more expensive than anywhere else. $ 12⁄13 for a burger, fries and drink.

I have been here several times over the past couple of years and am always pleased. Today I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the food and cleanliness of the restaurant. The food was thrown together, the pride that was displayed during prior visits was not there today. There were napkins and French fries at various places on the floor, some of the tables were dirty and the women’s bathroom was not clean. in the past there was always someone walking around cleaning tables and making sure everything was tidy. We were there for approx 30 – 35 minutes… not once did I see someone walk around and the dirt on those tables were there when we walked in. I am hoping this was just a bad day, I will visit one more time in hopes that my next visit will show the Elevation Burger that I remembered.

On a whim we decided to try Elevation Burger. It did not disappoint. Really similar to Five Guys in terms of having a simple menu and boasting fresh ingredients and free-range organic beef(I don’t know if Five Guys boasts the latter), but everything was a touch better than Five Guys — less greasy, more flavorful, more«homemade» tasting. They also have an extensive selection of sides and milkshakes and the staff was super friendly and helpful. It also appears they host family nights and other fun activities which is great to know for the future! We will be back!

This is the older, more sensible sibling to five guys. While the burger was great, I was unhappy with the fact that they only have cheddar cheese and it’s not included with the burger. As MOST people get cheese on the burger, at .50 a slice, this place is getting a little over. Like five guys, the elevation burger has two patties, while the kids has one. So that cheese isn’t included, and you get two slices because the burger is two patties, you get the point. The prices are high but that’s normal for any type of organic, natural food.
