Taste of homemade food, hot, and fresh. This place is small and a little hard to find but the food is some of the best food I’ve had in a while, tastes just like homemade food. The service is great, very attentive and friendly. It seems like a family place, the owners are cooking and bringing you the food.

Fresh, fresh, fresh. Tasty, creative, friendly people run this restaurant. Generous and kind in their relationship with the community. Bringing authentic Spanish food at great prices to you! You will love this place. It may lack ambiance and may look like a «hole in the wall» but you can’t judge a restaurant by its outward appearance. Walk in and you will find so many new and healthy things to eat. I especially like the pastilles. Not even sure if I spelled that right. But it’s a meat and corn tamale like food that is cooked in a banana leaf. In a recent Arts and Eats Stroll down Main Street in Romantic Willimantic that I was leading, I told people I would fight them for a taste of THAT! There was an eggplant dish there, too, that was a tasty take on an old favorite. I wish I knew the real name of it. I am an adventuresome eater; I go for things I can’t make at home. Mi Riconcito hits it out of the ballpark every time. If you aren’t happy with what you order, you need to tell me. I’ll go with you on another occasion and show you all the reasons why you SHOULD be happy!
