They installed a new Lennox heater at my Mom’s residence less than 2 years ago. Technician came out this past Sunday and charged her $ 95 for a 15 minute visit to say that a part went but it is covered under warranty. Technician stated it would only be a ½ hour visit to replace the part. In confirming the visit, the office informed her it would cost $ 275 labor for the part to be replaced. When questioned about the charge her robotic response was «that’s what they are telling me». How can you trust someone like this? Do yourself a favor and try someone else who will be straightforward with you.

We had work done on our bathroom tub over a year and a half ago. They did a great job. We have new work to have done and couldn’t find the information. We called another company whose card we had laying around., they came out and gave us a ridiculous estimate for the work. Now I remember why we called Fantes!
Bob G, the tech, did an amazing job. I finally found the receipt and we will be giving them a call tomorrow to come back out. Hopefully, we get Bob again and all goes well. If so, we will throw out all of the other cards so Fantes is the only service we ever call!

Prompt, friendly, courteous and polite. All staff members that I interacted with, from girls in the office to the technicians, were friendly and informative. Pricing was more than fair for the work I had done and the three technicians that had to come out. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of heating and air conditioning services.
