Went here to browse… ending up spending about 30 min in here as they have a lot of stuff. I wound up buying some patches… Big Red 1 and 24thID. Both units I belonged to. I do like that they have some foreign stuff like German, British, etc.

I normally don’t review stores right on the spot, especially since my platform of reviewing is an iPhone and I prefer a computer to write a lot faster, but this place deserves it. My friend recommended this place to me when I couldn’t find a pair of navy blue coveralls, I tried all the main corporate chains, JCPenny, Sears, Cabela’s, K-Mart, WalMart, AutoZone, Ollies, Valu, Target, and Dick’s, NOBODYHADTHEM! I was getting desperate because I needed them for an outfit next week and I couldn’t wait for the mail. I made a plea on Facebook and she screen caped me a picture of Paratrooper. I figured I’d give it a shot since my resources were running out. This store has EVERYTHING! I feel a little guilty because I come from a military based family, but I never followed in their foot steps due to DADT at the time and all that stuff, but I did shop here out of pure fashion choices. Not only did I find the coveralls I wanted, but I’ve always been a sucker for military inspired outfits. I wound up buying this German army shirt while I was there. I’ll definitely come back again to check out some of their other things, I saw jackets in there that I would wear. I’ll also come back for any costume materials I need too! I play video games and do the whole cosplay thing and seeing materials up front in person is always great! The cashier was super sweet and super attractive and that warrants an immediate 5 stars! I highly recommend this place! Located on the Southtown Plaza on Transit Rd right next to Aldi.

When I saw the ghillie suit out front I had to go in and look around. This place has an awesome selection of army /navy apparel and surplus items and a super friendly and helpful staff. The cargos and jackets look great and the rucksacks are the very same ones I see our troops lugging around in the airports. They have all kinds of interesting and unique items like hand grenades(disarmed — of course), canteens, and even butter dishes from the German military: seriously, I had no idea this was a even thing but they are pretty nifty. Chris and Frank helped me find a cool gift for my Dad: when I mentioned he’s a Vietnam vet they recommended a hat in Tigerstripe camo, the same pattern they used in the war. My Dad absolutely loved it. Check this place out!
