Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott

Very friendly staff. Fixed concern. First room wasn’t ready after 45 min and the second room, which hotel offered to upgrade, had two hairs and an eyelash in the bed (noticed right away). I called management upstairs and they changed the sheets themselves, sweet ladies. Both rooms had stale odor… Hoping this was just a fluke

NICE AND CLEAN! Great breakfast. Comfy beds. This hotel pays attention to detail. Have been traveling for six weeks now. Some camping, some hotels. This was my favorite and most comfortable so far. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Clean, friendly, and affordable. Great location with easy access to local attractions including Bowman Field and Penn State Tech. There is a Sheetz next door which is additionally helpful for travelers. My only gripe is that their elevator is excessively slow for a three story building! Breakfast area was spacious and clean. Continental breakfast was well stocked and fresh!

Stayed here recently with family. the 1^st thing I noticed-​the staff was so accommodating, friendly and helpful! No rudeness here at all :-). My room was comfortable and clean. nice that it included a refrigerator and microwave.
Coffee, tea and fruit always seemed available in the lobby. the breakfast buffet, included with the room, was good – scrambled eggs, sausage patties and make your own waffles – even chocolate ones!
Sometimes cookies were offered in the lobby, which was great for the kids.
You can walk to a Wendy’s and an Italian restaurant across the street (safe – crossing light).we actually got a pizza from the Italian restaurant, and ate in the community room at the hotel. worked out great!
Overall, a pleasant stay, decent value, with exceptional staff. if in the area again, I would stay here again.

Nice enough hotel … but seemed to have college students living in it. LOUD music started about 11pm … had to call desk and mgmt took care of it quickly. But, seemed like something they have to do often.

Excellent value for the cost. I have paid twice as much for half as nice a place in Montréal & Boston.
PROS: seems brand new, very comfortable, free fast internet
CONS: free breakfast doesn’t have eggs, odd area of town
