Pretty cool old hotel rooms are clean staff very helpful… The location is perfect for a weekend of bar hopping and eatting… NO DRIVING NEEDED FOR DOWN TOWN AREA! very helpful

Please realize this from the onset,) this is a old hotel that has had some updates but it retained the character of the original design, yes the hallways are narrow but that’s the way they all were back in the 20’s (I believe) when this was built, the kitchen is quite good an they have many things to offer guests that many others do not. That is why I like staying here because I feel like someone with a tommy gun is going to burst in at any moment, which makes the experience all the better

Hallways are a bit creepy and smell funny. But the room was very nice, and location top-​notch. And the service was excellent, esp. the breakfast manager. Upon hearing that my wife couldn’t make it down because she was taking care of our small kids, she quickly brought me a tray, two plates, and two plate covers so I take breakfast myself.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is super sweet and the Queen Size Room my husband and I have is huge with a great view, high ceilings and even a stylish ceiling fan. This hotel also has a free breakfast buffet that is delicious! We decided to stay one more night because we’re enjoying ourselves so much! Highly recommend!

I was here a while back for a Little League breakfast. I am not real picky about food, but this breakfast was so bad it was truly notable. Powdered eggs, English muffins so tough they were hard to chew, and some weird gray ham. It was the culinary equivalent of food served in the military, prisons, or maybe a disaster shelter.
