Fast service. Great donuts! Very clean facility. We will be back next time we are in town!

Locals were lined up inside when we arrived. To me, that’s usually a good sign. I had the blueberry fritter, which was fresh, sweet, and larger than my head! Don’t bother picking up Starbucks — any one of their roasts pair well with their delicious treats.

A must go to! First of all-blueberry doughnut. Get it. You can thank me later. We went by emilys for the intention of just a fresh sandwich and soup but walked out with two dozen of these doughnut. Boston cream. Raspberry or strawberry filled powdered doughnut. All made there and amazing! Fresh variety of espressos and coffees to compliment. Its very friendly and clean. You can tell they know their guests well and I cant wait for the next time I come here.

Soooooo good! I haven’t had their lunch but we got a dozen of donuts and so far they are delicious! I also got a cinnamon dulce coffee and it’s very tasty. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend this place!

This place keeps it nice and simple with their cute little donut shop to hop in and out of in purchasing good quality donuts at a great price! The workers are wonderful, the place is maintained well, and the donut selection is diverse and all look amazingly yummy! I would definitely advise you all to come as early as possible if you want the best freshest selection possible :) This is a place where even the workers who you don’t normally get to see who work in the back take a moment to come out and make friendly small talk and seem to care just as much about their customers as those who work the register and take the orders upfront. That was a nice addition to our eat in visit… which was almost as good a treat as the actual donuts we bought! This was a great place to hop by on our visit to Williamsburg, and clearly see why its a local favorite!

Cute little donut shop. Very friendly staff. Delicious donuts with a homemade taste. Good coffee choices. I had a cappuccino and it was good. Best surprise was that they had Santa there the first afternoon we went.

Sometimes when I am heading up north we will go out of the way and add a visit to this place. Always willing to travel for good food, but for a donut I may travel even further. We love this place, the people and the service that we get as well. You are always welcomed with a smile by the employees and even other customers as well. This place just gives you that type of vibe. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because they do not always have my favorite donut when I stop in. The split cream is so good that I normally don’t have a chance to post a picture because I am already eating it. I was told just this last visit that if I call ahead they can hook me up(my tip for the day… unless I am just that special?). Just about everything that we have had was very good, but the Apple Fritters are the stand out always. You can also ask to have it warmed up some as well(second tip of the day). They have different specials as well so look out for that as well. Coffee is always good and as of now they also have 100% Kona in too. Small place, but they do have some seating available just in case you want to start up a good conversation or even take part in smiling and giving another warm welcome to another customer coming in. Cheers!!!

The donuts are great, but they could use a little more seating.

Everybody says that everything bigger comes from Texas. In the case of Emilys Apple fritters Texas has got nothing to compare. The flavor consistency, texture and ratio of Apple bits is perfect. I currently live in a house divided where I am fan of Emilys while my husband is a fan of another chain, it does not and will not stop me from always coming to get the best from the best.

I loved emilys SPLITCREAM doughnut, but last time I went there. — 2 days ago, it only had A DAB. Of cream inserted in the side. It seems like they are cheapening the product– If this is how the new product is gonna be I won’t make the special trip there and will just go to Dunkin donuts

These are my favorite donuts ever. Maybe the perfect donut, if there is such a thing. Nice and dense dough but still fluffy and light breadiness, not too sweet or too much glaze like some chain donuts. Daily specials like key lime or salted caramel. Apple fritters the size of your head! They have sandwiches at lunch and I’m told you can order chicken pot pie a day ahead, neither of which I have had but I’ve heard they’re also excellent.

While in town on a family vacation, we stopped in here for a big order. Very friendly service, fairly busy on a Saturday morning at 7am. My go to is always a blueberry cake donut. Emily’s version is big and dense. The highlight was an iced caramel latte that my wife had was«a ten» in her words, so there’s that. If you need a sweet breakfast on this side of Williamsburg, here is your spot.

I don’t do donuts often, and this is why. I want to eat everything. Just the smell walking in had me salivating. Came in around 3:30 on a Monday. Wasn’t a huge selection, but at that time I wasn’t expecting it. Reasonably priced; around $ 14 for a dozen with half being«filled». The donuts were demolished by my family within an hour of entering the house. The dough was soft and airy, the icings not bitterly sweet. The split cream was probably my favorite. It isn’t far from the Food Lion and Farm Fresh there which makes it pretty convenient if you are craving amazing donuts.

Emily’s Donuts and Café is owned by the Yates Family, in which they not only offers handmade donuts(ring donuts, topped donuts, filled donuts, and specialty donuts(like the apple fritter, Long John, and the cinnamon roll), but B-more coffee, pies, and a lunch menu. I tried their Strawberry Shortcake, Caramel Sea Salt Yeast Ring, Key Lime Pie, and an original glazed. I really enjoyed the Caramel Sea Salt Yeast Ring, as it had a nice glaze on top of the sea salt caramel that was smooth and creamy — salty and sweet at the same time, the original glazed was also delicious, as it was a yeast-y donut that was soft and fluffy. Yum! There were some seats where you can enjoy your little treats, and there’s even a little container of treats for furry friends: D I think Emily herself was there, and she was friendly and greeted everyone that was coming in. Cute little place, check Emily’s out: D +Caramel Sea Salt Yeast Ring +local donut shop +treats for furry friends: D

The place smelled great, and the service was very nice and suggested donut to get. My companions got the salted caramel donut(which was to die for,) and I got the cinnamon bun(which was just as good.) It wasn’t that expensive, and I would definitely choose this place over Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts any day.

Emily’s Donuts is a cute little shop with a modest selection of very fresh donuts. Today we sampled the glazed, Boston Crème and cake donuts. All three were delicious. The glazed and Boston were wonderfully poufy and yeasty. The only item I’m not super excited about is the bacon egg & cheese biscuit. It was clearly microwaved resulting in a rubbery texture, steal clear. Duck Donuts has them beat in the breakfast sandwich dept. I was happy to see that Emily’s has good strong coffee as well as an espresso machine. I opted for an Americano which was perfect. They had a wide selection of coffees to choose from. They only have two tops for seating, and the place is cozy, so the kiddos and I sat separately. I have a feeling that when it gets busy the flow might be off but I’m sure they’ll figure it out.

Cute café! ! It was overrun by mom’s and kids and babies when I dropped in on a Tuesday morning. The donuts and holes were fantastic! I had a Boston cream and it was perfect and gooey! Hubby had a apple fritter that was huge! Now one issue, they didn’t have milk when i stopped in, so i couldn’t try the coffee creations they offered. But it was just Baltimore coffee anyway. I will def go back! ! The café had plenty of seating too.

Stopped by on the way home from a shopping trip. We have been wanting to try this place for a while. Please take into account that this was almost 4pm, so the donuts were probably not as fresh and tasty as an early morning donut. The donuts: they were decent. The pbj was good but nothing amazing. The blueberry wasn’t as sweet as I was expecting and the donut holes were a bit dry for my taste. The apple fritter however, was wonderful! I will come back some morning to retry the others but at least I know the fritters are good anytime of day! The coffee: I ordered a small iced mocha. The espresso flavor was decent and if I had ordered an iced latte I may have enjoyed it more. From what I saw, they use a monin chocolate liquid syrup flavoring, as opposed to a chocolate sauce. This gives it an artificial chocolate taste that I am not fond of. I love monin syrups, but I prefer real chocolate in my mochas. So, we will probably be back. I would like to try the pies!
