Needed to order flowers for a dear aunt who had passed away and had a vision for what I wanted. Elaine and the designer took extra time to work with me over the phone to make sure I got just what I wanted. They even went so far as to take a photo and e-​mailed it to me so I could see the final product, which meant a great deal to me. Heartbroken that I couldn’t be at my aunt’s funeral, but so pleased that the lovely arrangement will represent what I though of her as a beautiful, loving and gracious aunt.

Had a truly wonderful experience with Williamsburg Floral long before I ever traveled to Williamsburg. My wife and I were taking a trip for our tenth wedding anniversary and I needed some covert assistance in a re– creation of my original engagement proposal to her. The hotel recommended Williamsburg floral and I contacted them to set up a delivery to the hotel.
From the moment I spoke to Allison on the phone, everything was taken care of. She helped me with flower selection (even though the selections she recommended were less money that the ones I had thought to order). She handled everything without any need for my follow up or guidance. I sent more than 60 individual little tags to attach to the flowers and she and her staff cut ribbon for each and took the time to tie them on each of the flowers. She made sure that they were delivered to the hotel for dispersal in our room prior to our arrival. She had the presence of mind to send vases with them even though they were not to be presented in the room inside them so that we could put them into vases after my wife found them to keep them alive, even placing water picks on the ones that needed them.
My wife was amazed at their beauty and I was amazed at the customer service for a client that literally never stepped through their door. A week later the flowers still look great and a week later the smile has not left my wife’s face. Williamsburg floral certainly tried to create an experience for me as special as my wife is and did so with respect, care, and pride in their work. You can tell they really love what they do! Customer service is a dying art form and to find an establishment that still practices it is a truly wonderful thing.

We’re not local to Williamsburg so went on Unilocal to find recommendations. Called to order a sympathy arrangement for next day delivery. Diane was very pleasant and helpful with making a selection. Decided on the «designer’s choice» based on the portolio at the website and Unilocaler’s comments.

I just had my wedding and Williamsburg Floral were BEYOND AMAZING. With simply a few key words Elgin and Wendy created the most beautiful, artistic and true to my vision arrangements, bouquets, center pieces, cake decoration, etc. It was like they dove into my thoughts and figured out exactly what I wanted. They promptly delivered everything to separate locations on the day of the wedding (about 4 different locations). I have literally never appreciated flower arrangements as much until now. I cannot recommend them enough!

I have used Williamsburg Floral many times (usually at the last minute) for those special occasions. Elgin and his staff are truly caring people that want to make your event special.
