I asked for ranch and was told unless it was for wings I couldn’t have any… he said our pizza is too good for ranch — I told them i didn’t mind paying for it and was again told no. my husband went up front and got the same response, however this time they were quite rude!!! Who do they think they r to tell me what I can and can’t have. Last time I checked this was America and if I want ranch I can have it. Well not at bellissimos apparently! Giving them 2 stars for rudeness and fast service. What happen to making customers happy?!? It wasent like I was asking for free stuff. If pizza had more flavor maybe I didn’t need too

The best pizza I’ve had in this area — definitely reminded me of NY! Service was great, very clean establishment, & I can’t say enough good things about the pizza! Have DEFINITELY found my new pizza place!!!

This place definitely has some of the best pizza in Williamsburg. If you’re looking for a quick pizza dinner I would definitely pick here. Yes, the prices are higher than other pizza places in the area, but their crust and ingredients are so much better. My husband and I have never been disappointed with the quality and frequently crave the Bellissimo special. Not sure why people are saying the workers are rude — we’ve never had a problem. We especially find the younger guy that’s always there super friendly even when I’m standing over everything deciding what to get. Try the Bellissimo special with some garlic knots and you’ll definitely be happy.

Pizza and garlic knots are both great! So is the hot dog. A much cheaper option for families while staying at Great Wolf Lodge.

Great pizza and great entries! Ordered pizza, salads and a couple of dinners for the family. Food is authentic Italian except for the hero rolls, as compared to NY bread, but that didn’t get in the way of us enjoying our meal. You can smell the fresh ingredients, especially the oregano! Coming from New York, and still living there, so I can be a good judge when it comes to comparing. We were pleasantly satisfied customers. Would definitely do it again!

Wow. Lotsa rules and signs posted here. Please do not move tables. Thank you for cleaning your table. One free refill per customer. And worst of all, No fountain water available… bottles only. Oh yeah, and Restrooms for PAYING customers only. Who goes to the South for NY rudeness? Got my food and left.

Excellent pizza. We had the cheese pizza, pepperoni and the Bronx bomber. All three were amazing. Also the garlic knots are delicious as well. We definitely found our new favorite pizza place.

A NY pizza experience with true taste, attitude and character of a Italian pizzeria. If you are looking for a 10 minute/$ 10 pizza deal go somewhere else. This place makes authentic pizza.

Closest thing to NYC pizzeria. They sell by the slice and that’s hard to find down here. I consider myself a pizza fanatic and whenever someone recommends NYC style pizza Im skeptical all the time. Pizza should be paper plate thin, a perfect balance between cheese and sauce. This place does a good job for thinness and flavor. Closest thing to NYC in VA.

After living in NYC for so long, great pizza is always a special treat. The bonus is that we didnt have to go all the way to NY. This place does pizza right!!! The prices are great too.

Loved it. This pizza was fantastic. The staff was real nice and authentic. I ordered a chicken parmesean which was great. And we also shared a cannoli which totally hit the spot for this new yorker! I will definitely go back. Parking was easy and the place is real casual. I wish i lived closer.

Ok… normally I don’t get excited over pizza. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not that I don’t like pizza… hell, everybody likes pizza, it’s just that it never wows me. I don’t know whats up with Bellissimo’s but WOW! I loved the pizza. Big fan of any joint that offers fresh mozzarella and ricotta, tomatoes and spinach. Something different than cheese and pepperoni.

This place gets no stars from me. Not because they don’t make a quality product they do, they really do. Is it the best pizza in Virginia. I would say its in the top 10 but certainly not the best and customer service is a big factor for me as it is for most people out there. The reason for one star is because the owner is the most arrogant, rude, self pretentious person I have ever met in my entire life. If Unilocal would allowed me to give this no stars that’s where Id be with this review. My family and I have frequented this place often and have drove almost 40 min to get their to enjoy their over priced delicious pizza. But that’s all over now. I have witnessed the owner and his son several times treat customers like they were dirt and belittled them so bad it made my stomach curdle. Do yourself a favor people if you want a good Italian meal do some research and stay away from this place. This guy needs some anger management classes. And some class.

I’m not often in the mood for pizza, but man oh man did it hit the spot today. Bellissimo’s does pizza right. I kept it simple and had a slice of pepperoni and a slice of cheese and added a soft drink for the special($ 6.99 for cheese, $ 1 extra for pepperoni). The bread was perfect. Not overly«bready» to take away from the flavors of the sauce and cheese, but still had a nice soft interior. The slightly crisp exterior provided a nice texture balance. That sauce was perfect too with a subtle sweetness to it. I woulda paid extra to get a container of the stuff to dip my pizza in. I was the first customer in and the guy who took my order was pleasant. I thought it had a nice atmosphere– not formal, but very clean and bright with granite tables and a TV playing ESPN. By the time I left(still before noon), several other single diners and larger parties came in, so it doesn’t seem that business is struggling. I’m a big sandwich guy, so can’t wait to go back and try a hero.

The owner apparently thinks I have no credibility. I think every customer has credibility, as they are the backbone for the company’s survival. Although I am only one person, and may not make that much difference, I will tell everyone I know about the terrible pizza here along with the rude staff. If you look at the unfavorable reviews for this establishment, will see the comments by the owner which sounds like something a pouty 5 year old would say when he/she didn’t get their way. I should post the screen shots of the messages the owner sent me to pics. I won’t be returning. I may take the pizza that’s still in my fridge up there and drop in on the floor just for the fun of it.
