Some of the Turkey Hill stations in the area are a bit run down. This one is not. It is clean, it is well stocked, it is well lit and there are nice wide pump areas. I was quite pleased as I filled up the rental car here today. This is a very good gas station and convenience store.
NOTE: Unilocal decided to merge these two businesses which are actually SEPARATE businesses. The one that gets the four star review is at the corner of Coal and Wilkes-Barre Blvd. The one that gets three stars is at the corner of Coal and Highland Park Blvd. I’m past caring why Unilocal does dumb things like this. Whatever.

This is a super convenient location for a Turkey Hill. It’s located right on Wilkes-Barre Blvd and you can access the Turkey Hill from both the Wilkes-Barre Blvd and North Street sides of the intersection. It’s really a well thought out design.
There are 4 pumps for gas, a PNC atm, and a Redbox outside.
Inside the store area has been renovated. It looks really nice and all the staples are there: ice tea, ice cream, milk, and bread. It’s basically the perfect mini mart. They are trying to feature more food items, but I still don’ think they can compete on that level with a Wawa or a Sheetz.

It’s OK but don’t leave your car running. I’ve seen vehicles stolen here. It’s right by the projects.
