Wow, looks like the owner cannot take some criticism. Every word I wrote was true. My original driver didn’t drive for me. The new driver didn’t know where he was going. My fiancé had to call me to find out where they were supposed to go. All of that happened. I write a lot of reviews on here. Both good and bad, it all depends on the service and product. Tough shit, your company dropped the ball and lost out on future business.

Take it from me… NEVER hire Nasser unless you want to be left stranded on the side of the highway! I hired them to drive us to and from the finger lake wineries. They never fulfilled their contract as a tire on the limo broke and caught fire on the way home. The fire extinguisher on board didn’t work. One of the emergency exit doors also didn’t work. We are lucky the situation wasn’t worse. When the driver called the company, they told him to tell us to have people come to pick us up because no other limo was available to get us. Nasser has horrible, dangerous business practices. I am filing complaints with every agency possible so no one else is put in this dangerous situation.

We ordered a bus with a bathroom. We were going to the Seneca Lake wine region, about a 3 hour drive from Moosic, the pick up place. With a bus full of people drinking on the 3 hour drive up, the entire time on the wine tour, and all the way back, we needed and reserved a bus with a bathroom. At 7:30AM the bus shows up — NOBATHROOM. Major disappointment. With all of those people drinking, we ended up having a tour of roadside, gas station bathrooms, because we had to stop every 30 minutes for one of the 19 passengers to pee. This also made us miss our first appointment on the wine tour. The driver was friendly, prompt, and courteous and the bus was nice, otherwise, that gets it 3 stars. I’m not sure about the safety of all those hours of highway driving with no seatbelts though.

So incredibly frustrated with this company. Gave credit card information 2 months ago for bachelorette party and the hot pink limo, pick up in Tunkhannock and one drop off in Wilkes Barre… never received a contract or any word that one would be coming. Called to confirm the day before(coming from Boston, MA). They had NO record of me but yet knew all the details of my situation… had no «contract», but none was sent. Horrible customer service. Had to call back 3 different times to speak to three different people. Word of advice: if you each are trained to say«we’ll call you back in 5 minutes» …DOIT. Waiting an hour for each of you to get back to me was ridiculous. Luckily, we rented a limousine elsewhere and our night will be just as special… tip to those who use this service— HAVE A CONTRACT or they will forget you and cause a catastrophic Friday afternoon. Also, just as a suggestion: if you receive someone’s credit card information, and within 5 days you don’t hear from them with this so-called contract, you should call to make sure the person who gave their information still wants the service… you know, just in case the thing was never sent.

We used Nasser’s Limos for our October wedding and they were great! They were so helpful and patient through the whole planning process– from endless calls from me, my mother-in-law and more cancellations and re-schedulings than any business should ever have to deal with! They were also great in helping us negotiate a fair price for their services. They didn’t count every minute and penny– really amazing when you’ve dealt with 15 wedding vendors that do! The night of the wedding we had the driver circling between a few locations and he was very patient and accommodating as we jerked him back and forth! Overall: awesome family business!
