We purchased our home in October 2015 and had no experience with hot water heating systems. By March of 2016 we noticed the boiler leaking from two areas and had no idea what to do. We turned the system off and contacted TE Spall & Son for service. Within an hour or so of the start of business, we received a phone call and were kindly offered priority service that same morning. The technician, Aaron, arrived not long after, fixed the problems we had, answered tons of questions I had, and performed routine maintenance that was badly needed.
We were very satisfied with the professional and timely service, so we signed up for a service plan.
Overall, it was a great experience. HIGHLY recommended!

About a year ago, after the company who installed our geothermnal heat pump went out of business, our system failed. It was one of the coldest days of the year. We were stuck until a neighbor recommended T E Spall. We called and they responded right away. The technician determined the fan unit needed to be replaced, contacted the manufacturer, ordered a new one to be delivered overnight, and replaced it the next day. We were off-​line less than a day and a half.
Since then, we continue to have nothing but superior service from T E Spall. The technicians who come for routine serrvice are professional and knowledgeable. The office staff is, too. Their prices are fair.
We are glad for the day we came to know T E Spall.
