The pizza here is amazing and the staff and owner are just as good! I recommend the thick sweet sauce.

Perfection, grew up on this pizza and nothing compares. Great local business to support and the family who owns it are the nicest people in the valley. We are kind of a big deal around here

I went there earlier today. Pizza was great. Young man was very nice and attentive. The prices were great. I would definitely go there again or recommend it to a friend.

Having grown up in New York you don’t get the sweet sauce. I ordered Gerry’s last night after having it highly recommended now it was very good, I ordered a cheese and a pepperoni I would rather not have any toppings. Def will order again thanks Megan!

Having grown up in an area where the heavy consensus of the best pizza was a «sweet» pizza, I was curious to try a «sweet» pizza from somewhere else. My wife and I were on a trip to Mohegan Sun for the Derby when we decided to give Gerry’s a try for lunch on a Friday(btw, that’s the only day it’s open for lunch. Was it as good as Centioles in its heyday? No. But it is at least as good as the other«tribute» sweet pizzas you can now get in their area. Gerry’s makes sweet and traditional, thin and thick crust. We only tried the sweet but we tried it on both style crusts both with extra cheese. I’m happy to say that both were deliscious and both truly had Extra cheese on them. This isn’t one of those places that sell you extra cheese and put a half a handful of extra cheese on your pizza. Plus they added more sauce when they put the cheese on. Well done Gerry’s. The restaurant is more like a lunch room with just a couple of tables but it is very clean and the service was friendly, honest and attentive. I highly recommend this pizzaria and even more highly recommend the sweet pizza. Next time we’re in town we’ll be trying the regular sauce, too.

It’s a tough competition to be a pizza place in NEPA, but in the battle of best sweet sauce pizza it’s Gerry’s over Angelo’s(etc) every time! Way less crowded, never a single mistake and friendly service.

Very good classic round red. Should always order it with either onion or garlic to balance out the sweetness of the sauce. Again, Gerry’s is good but not great. More of a place to get pizza on a Sunday, but never on a «pizza night» Friday.

Gerry’s has been our go to pizza for the family Christmas gathering for as long as I can remember. Have not been let down to date. We’ve had every topping imaginable and there’s never any leftovers. I don’t make the call on what gets ordered for the family dinner, but when my wife and I order for the two of us it’s always thick with extra sweet sauce. Can’t go wrong. Couple tables inside to eat, cooler filled with drinks, tv on the wall. More than enough atmosphere for this guy. People who work there are friendly and I like that they know their regulars, shows they appreciate the business. Convenient drive-thru that I’ve never used because my timing on picking up my orders has always been off. That’s enough rambling. You can’t go wrong with Gerry’s.

Gerry’s is essentially Angelo’s pizza. They are the same family and I assume the same recipe, just made slightly different(you can see the difference in assembly.) What’s funny though, just look at how many more people reviewed Angelo’s. I don’t know why but Angelo’s gets all the love around here. Maybe it’s the parking lot? Honestly, I usually get angelos myself, but if the wait is too long, I call Gerry’s, which is usually more reasonable. An awesome plus, and this is big, they will sell dough balls for when I want to make my own homemade pies but don’t want to make the dough(the hardest part!) Like I said for Angelo’s, the sweet sauce is good, but I tend to stick to regular as I feel the tomato is already plenty sweet. Sweet sauce is hyped up in this valley. It’s good, but not ‘everytimeIorder’ good.

Great place. The pizza is amazing and possibly the best in the an area with a lot of great pizzerias. I recommend trying the«sweet sauce» — add canadian bacon & pineapple if you are up to it.
