I’ve been to Mulligans a handful of times, all to see a family friend’s cover band. It’s a cool little sports bar; basically a horseshoe-shaped building with the bar in the middle. It’s just wide enough for a barstool and a small table or 2 behind it. The crowd is older and tends to get pretty rowdy while singing along, so it’s a great spot for people watching. Some staff is super friendly, other staff is more or less ehh. But for the most part, they are pretty quick with your orders. I’ve never eaten there, so I only know that the drinks are decently priced. Pitchers of Yuengling and Shock Top definitely go a long way! The parking lot is decently sized, although the times I’ve been there, I’d be shocked if all by 1 or 2 people were actually driving to Mulligan’s. And for some reason, I’ve noticed the second seat on the right side of the bar is always occupied by someone that will unquestionably be taking a cab home. Coincidence or not, Mulligan’s is always a good time.

From the moment we sat down the experience at Mulligan’s was fantastic. Our server Sandra was happy, friendly and never forgot to always make sure we were doing ok. The clams casino soup was the best clam chowder we have ever had. I had the pork with spinach and provolone. It was extremely delicious, tender and juicy. A number of my family ordered burgers and liked them. Onion rings were good too. All in all there was nothing negative about our time at Mulligan’s. Definitely will be back and definitely a great alternative to all of the tourist type restaurants in the wildwood area that are all hype and do not deliver.

Nice shore bar. Burgers were really good and not the norm, lots of specialty burgers. Attentive service too. Great spot for a quick inexpensive meal.

What sports bar doesn’t have most or all of the sports channelsfox sports 1). Wanted to go there to watch the U.S. Soccer match this week and was given 3 different BS answers to why they wouldn’t turn it on one of the TVs with the last being we don’t have that channel. Food is decent but not worth the BS or attitude from the staff that seems to come with it when we go. That’s the last time for us at this place…

When we first pulled up I though total dive. Once inside it is a small neighborhood bar with surprisingly great food. They had over 20 burgers to choose from, which happen to be on special today $ 5.50 a burger. I had the Jerry Lewis and my husband had the hangover. The burgers were very fresh and very tasty. We shared a basket of fries which also were very fresh and good. Beer was also on special $ 1.50 a pint. I definitely recommend this restaurant. They did not have fresh brewed ice tea that is my only complaint. But it’s a bar so I wasn’t surprised. Lol

So yes, I did nothing but eat and drink over Labor Day Weekend, but I do labor most days, so Partay! Friends of ours like Mulligans, so we thought we would check it out. It’s much bigger than it looks on the outside. We got a table, though there were more people sitting at the bar. Service was good. I got a Mullitini after mulling the decision over for a while. It’s very sweet but tasty. It ‘s made with apple and watermelon Pucker with various juices. We split the Mulligan Fries. Delicious and a generous portion, though they are garlicky. The crab cake sandwich was good. Nothing special but it was good enough for the price. I liked my food and drink and the prices are decent. I will go back.

Rude-ass bartender. No credit cards accepted at bar. Don’t have time for a place like this.

The bartenders are rude and don’t know what they are doing. It wasn’t overly crowded, but instead of waiting on customers they were busy talking

This place is awesome! Reasonable prices, off street parking, lots of tv’s with sports on. Bartenders will call a cab for you if needed. The locals go here and welcome you. This has become my brother in law and I’s go to spot each year. Sometimes I think we look forward to going here as much as the rest of the shore. And this review would not be complete if I didn’t mention that they serve my favorite beer, Michelob(lager, not Ultra, although they do have Ultra)

Total dump!!! Food was horrible and beer selection is awful. In addition, the place posses as sports bar yet they refused to turn off horrible elevator music in order to turn on the sound of the World Cup game that myself and about 40 other individuals were there to watch. Avoid!!!

We did not eat here. Only drinks. Our server was a sweetheart. Very attentive and courtesy. We came to watch the World Cup game, along w about 30 other people. The bartender, also owner, refused to put the sound on for the game. Because apparently , it was very important to listen to faded 80s music, no one cared about. Several people complained, to no avail. Very poor etiquette and business if you ask me. Also, 2 Spanish teams were playing, maybe that affected the decision to turn on the sound. I would come back purely for the server, that’s all.

This is going to be our«usual»! I love this place! 1st it’s totally unpretentious in a town that seems to be either fast food or $ 30 entrées. 2nd our food was great. Holly and I had burgers(she had the Piggly Wiggly and I had something with ham and cheese) and they were so so so good. Holly said hers was genius. Olivia had the open faced pulled and she said«it was amazing.» Dave had the tuna/crabmeat special(Sunday night) «it didn’t look like fish but it was spicy and fulfilling.» Sundays are also $ 5.50 burgers and quesadillas so definitely come here!

I have been going to this place for years! This is about the best place the Wildwoods have to offer in its class. The food, the service, and the ambiance is top shelf. Also, because it is separated from the main crush of bars and clubs on the island, you do not get the hipster scum or shoobie crowd so much. This place is a hidden gem. I highly recommend one of two dishes. Roasted pork with red pepper sandwich(which is an understatement) or the Open faced Roast beef with fresh horseradish, get the brown gravy over the sandwich AND fries.

Must you. ask why I love beer and pool? Lol this place rocks. Friendly bartender and server. I ordered the clams casino soup and a fried flounder sandwich. DELISH! Definitely going back! For a down the shore bar, there’s not much more I could ask for. Food is great(love their fries) and the drinks are cheap. Mullitini=deliciousness.

Sunday afternoons are $ 5 burgers… any burger on the menu. I had the«Ocean Burger» which was topped w/shrimp. Very tasty with a side of chips and pickles. The burger was a little overdone from my order of medium, but still good. Had a cup of beef stew(the soup of the day)…and wow, I could have eaten it all day long! Great rich broth, plenty of beef. Bar was clean, service was good, plenty of TV’s, prices are plenty reasonable, though as mentioned, it is a cash bar.

Our bar of choice when visiting Wildwood. Perfectly located across the street from Acme supermarket, so when my brother-in-law and I are sent out to get groceries, or that one item someone forgot we ALWAYS pay a visit to our friends at Mulligan’s. It is a locals bar but the bartenders make you feel right at home as do the patrons sitting along the bar. It is a cash only bar, and if you decide to order food a waitress will take your order even if you are sitting at the bar. The food is pretty darn good, and the prices are very reasonable. I always look forward to my summer vacation to Wildwood, and they would not be the same without our daily visit to Mulligans!
