I have been a customer with Optometric Vision Experience over the past 4 years and their service has been top notch and excellent. Valorie Wuebbels has assisted me in the selection of my last 5 purchases and she has been professional, helpful and courteous. I believe that their prices are fair and Valorie always gives me every option available to meet what my insurance will pay for and also how much I wanted to spend. The staff at Optometric Vision Experience are the BEST!!!

Yesterday I came in because my husband had sat on my glasses, James helped me, and he was AMAZING! He fixed my glasses and gave me instructions on proper care to ensure my glasses last me awhile. He had great customer service and was very personable.

I think I had Dr. Parker. Nice guy, very knowledgeable and he took his time to explain everything to me. The receptionists are nice and are so flexible with you. I just wasn’t so fond of the guy who was suppose to help me pick glasses for me. I told him I had an old pair I was very fond of and wanted the new prescription glasses on them. He fixed the missing bolt and told me the cost. I was fine with the expense, but like he didn’t take my frames and awkward silence and walked to the front desk. I don’t what was going on his mind because half the time I felt that he brushed me off. So, I paid for my eye exam and left kinda upset. I’ll go get my new glasses for my old frames elsewhere then. Aside from that the service was good. I’ll probably go elsewhere the drive was kinda long for me.

Dr. Parker is hands down the BEST eye doctor I’ve ever had! He truly goes above and beyond in building a great relationship with his patients. By taking the time to know me personally, he creates an extremely comfortable environment. The staff here are also extremely friendly and helpful, which adds to the wonderful environment. I couldn’t imagine going to any other eye doctor, no one could compare to how great Dr. Parker and his staff are!

Dr. Jury and his staff are amazing! Best customer service ever!!! Everyone is very helpful and honest… which is so important when picking out eyeglass frames! Eyeglasses have always come in before the expected date. I’ve been a patient since my 14 year old was in kindergarten. Dr. Jury went to his school and did free eye exams for them. He is the best!!!

Just had my annual eye exam the other day with Dr. Jury. And after quickly catching up on the past year and then moving onto my eyes I asked the good Dr. «how long have I been coming to you now». 11 years!!! There’s a reason for this… best service, great staff, fantastic hours, great location, excellent environment and huge selection of eyewear! I would recommend Dr. Jury to anyone and have to many over the years. It’s an annual appointment I truly look forward to.
Don’t mess around… go to a proven professional with a great personality!

My glasses fell out of my car in a parking lot and were found damaged and bent. I took them in and one of the ladies there had them repaired and cleaned and ready to use again in five minutes. I cannot thank her enough. Very happy customer!

Great service! The people who work there were very nice. I went in with my prescription (I’m pretty sure they offer as well) to pick a new frame and was out of there in less than an hour! When my glasses arrived about 2 weeks later, they were perfect! No problems whatsoever! I love my new glasses!
