I have a really short pixie cut and they did a GREAT job. Susan was excellent. Very friendly and nice. She actually listened to me when I said what I wanted and didn’t try to tell me it would be «too short» or anything like a lot of other places I’ve been. She made my hair cute and funky instead of old and soccer momish which is a HUGE problem with short cuts it seems like. I was pretty hesitant since I’ve been to this chain before (different location) with not so great results, but I’m super happy with my cut. Definitely coming back!

Went in today and was a little skeptical but I walked out pretty happy. The prices aren’t to bad I just don’t understand why they charge for a blow dry. the customer service was very nice and I def will be back again.

This place is great if you like terribly rude service and awful quality hair. I waited nearly half an hour and got skipped over 3 times. There’s no board of prices so the «stylists» are basically pulling the prices out of their asses. I asked for a blow dry and flat iron and paid $ 39, when their website says it should be $ 15. I hope my hairdresser could do straight hair because she CLEARLY couldn’t do my light curls. The girl couldn’t even work the hair dryer. And one girl kept glaring at me as she walked around doing absolutely nothing. I walked in without any dandruff but somehow after walking out of a hair salon, my roots were covered in it. Don’t let «Angie» ruin your hair.

Needing my hair done, and due to a recent family emergency; money was a bit tight. I couldn’t handle my roots anymore; so I figured I would just go across the street to Fantastic Sam’s, I’ll admit I was scared, we all have those premonitions about «certain» hair salons etc. A really sweet girl named Samantha did my hair, when she was done, we realized it didn’t take evenly on the roots; not in part to her ability, I think the color batch was off, or something freak just happened. However, when she realized it, she kindly re-did it for me. Again, I was nervous. Second time was a charm, and it came out great. The salon was really clean, and Samantha was really friendly. I have nothing negative to say; and I saved a ton of money. You can get just a good color here; as you can a high-end snobby salon.

Courtney does amazing work. I had never colored my hair before and she was very helpful through out the process. I loved the burgundy /brown she did on me and got many compliments. The color lasted very long. I recently got my hair done again by her and continue to get complimented on my copper highlights.

OMGOSH! I HATE THIS PLACE!
I am having nothing but BAD LUCK with Fantastic Sams and have HAD IT! What part of short and spikey makes you want to give me a CREW CUT? I even said I don’t want a MAN’S CUT and you did it anyway. Thanks Susan. I give up on FS and am moving up for my cuts to the $ 35 salons. I don’t get crappy cuts when I spend money.
